I had the most wholesome wellness day experience spending the day at this beautiful facility 👌
I opted to take the package of personal training followed by Yoga and some cupping therapy.
The tranquil environment and the stunning views made me feel so rejuvenated after my training.
I also spent a couple of hours afterwards at the beautiful swimming pool of the venue sunbathing and enjoying the delicious food :)
It was so cool that during my session there was a professional athlete training at the same time.
I couldn't recommend this experience enough, it was the perfect break in between our busy Mykonos party schedule!
