Would you like to explore the arctic nature and traditional winter sport at the same time? Try the Norwegian national sport cross country? Come along with me!
I do cross country course in different levels. From beginner til expert. And I’ll hope to teach, and show you the culture, health value and nature thru skiing.
Join other skiers in open group that suits you're level. It is fun and sosial!
The levels:
1) Beginners.
2) Intermediate.
3) Advance.
First, we'll meet up at the parking spot and start point. Then we go thru the equipment and basic information about cross country before starting. During the lesson and touring I’ll give you some technique advices and how to approve your skiing skills.
We enjoy a hot drink and some sweet snacks. After a couple of hours, depending on the weather we return til staring point.

Very good experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and a really good teacher. My son and I were lucky to pick it up so quickly. Good area to ski in. Best to have a good level of fitness as it’s a good workout.
Very easy to get to in the car. Met the instructor in the car park. Very easy to put the skis on.
We stopped half way for some chocolate and a warm drink. The instructor showed as some of the basics to get us going and quite soon we were away.
Really enjoyed the experience.

Great skiing. Our guide Sissel was just wonderful and adjusted to our needs. Equipment was great, too. We loved the experience.

Having never picked up skiis before or been in snow much, Sissel's tour was very beginner friendly and she had lots of great tips on techniques being a professional herself! Amazing views and lots of fun :)

Amazing tour. As someone who has never skiid before, would recommend. The instructor was incredibly helpful and patient. Was very cool learning the basics and seeing some beautiful sites.

We had a great introduction to cross country skiing with Sissel and would highly recommend a session with her. We were complete beginners with a nine year old and Sissel was patient, attentive and very skilled herself. The location was easy to find and we had a very enjoyable few hours learning a new skill and chatting about the Norwegian way of life. An absolute highlight of our time in Tromsø. Thank you

Very good time trying out Cross-Country skiing. Much fun, hard work getting legs and arms coordinated. It was excellent as was our guide / teacher Gulbranden´s Outdoor & Events. I would highly recommend this experience of the National Norwegian Sport.
