Manjeet was recommended to us as a guide. We enjoyed our sunrise boat tour and walking tour. Manjeet tailored the tour to our wants and was genuine and informative. Manjeet seems to know everyone across the city and we had a few special unexpected surprises. Manjeet secured fantastic seats for us to see Ganga Aarti which was a really great experience for us. As a bonus, he takes great photographs. I would book tours with Manjeet if we come back to Varanasi and highly recommend his tours to others.

Manjeet (contact number is +91 6307 022 118) has been my personal spiritual guide for 8 years already. He is brilliant in everything he does. He is not only a native Varanasi, but he has a unique ability to find anything one could ever wish for, go to where no-one else can imagine to go. He knows every corner, every hidden jem and every secret of Varanasi. Manjeet has way much more to offer than a standard "Varanasi experience" that every typical guide offers. Tell him what sort of trip you want and he will help you accomplish it. He is a true Shiva devoted soul, honest and humble, responsible, reasonable and reliable, so any spiritual intention he can help to achieve, any ritual to perform, any sadhana to guard . He will bring Ganga water for Shiva Abhisheka and he will guard your Manikarnika meditation.
Besides, he is a foodie and he knows things like: the only place in town to get delicious Gur Jelebies or the best Banarasi Lassi. Everyone seems to know him and be his friend. You can always trust him to seek the plain tickets or a hotel room.
Manjeet can provide guidance not only in Kashi. He accompanied me also in Vrindavan, Rishikesh, Rajrappa, Guwahati, etc and always gave brilliant performance. He will definitely become not only your guide, but your true friend.

If you are planning to go to Varanasi, Manjeet Sahani MUST be your guide. I now understand why he has so many wonderful reviews. All the positive comments written about him are true. He was born and raised in Varanasi, and knows every angle of the city. With his knowledge and connections, you will see things that you would not otherwise see if you do this on your own.
Manjeet told me that he has a passion for his job, and it shows. He finds the right balance between providing helpful information, but not so much that your mind is spinning after a while. Of course, he is also more than patient in answering any questions which you might have. Two other behaviors that I appreciate about Manjeet is that he is always punctual, and he never tries to push you into places for a sales pitch to buy things.
When I said goodbye to Manjeet at the end of the day yesterday, I was full of thanks for having the opportunity to experience Varanasi through his eyes. It is a very special place, and Manjeet is a very special guide.

I had a wonderful time with Manjeet. He made me experience Varanasi at 360 degrees.
We planned the days together and he brought in all the experiences including touristic attractions, food, spiritual experiences and local people. I am truly recommending him to everybody.

Our guide Manjit was very helpful in getting us to right gates inside Kashi Temple. Also helped take us to various temples within the complex like Nepali temple, Devi temple, Manikarnika ghat etc

Manjeet, I want to say a big thank you, you are the best guide, thanks to you, I saw the best corners of India, visited holy places, the Ganges River, various shrines, for example, where Kriya yoga began, exclusive restaurants and home cooking, also musicians and sunrise sun on the Ganges River, of course, all Tempels, visiting the best silk factories, also taking care of the little things, like buying souvenirs and drinking delicious, ripe coconuts, and also everything at good prices, I am very grateful, he is a very good and honest person.

I really enjoyed this Varanasi tour with Manjeet!
He has an individual approach to each group member. He is very responsive, sensitive, honest, reliable. I always felt safe and VIP as he has access to all the hidden doors of Varanasi. If you are in Varanasi, then only with him!

Manjeet is an amazing guide. Knowledgeable, funny, honest, always thinking ahead, caring. He was guiding our group of 14 people through all the most interesting and, also, hidden places of Varanasi.
He was taking care of everything: from transport to food, registrations, photos. And, I must say, the photos he did - are really professional! Highly recommend!
