Stop At: Schloss Neuschwanstein, Neuschwansteinstrasse 20, 87645 Schwangau, Bavaria Germany
Your private guide will pick you up at your hotel in Füssen.
First, we drive to Neuschwanstein Castle, the most visited castle in south Germany and was the inspiration for Disney castle.
(With Skip the Line service you don't have to worry about waiting for hours to get tickets or tickets are sold out when you arrive).
We drive to Hohenschwangau village. First, we take the shuttle to Mary’s Bridge (Marienbrücke) for some amazing pictures.
Then we walk to Neuschwanstein (the fairy-tale castle) with a tour inside. You will know more about the Swan King (Ludwig II) king of Bavaria (1864-1886). And the history of Neuschwanstein Castle (built 1869-1886).
Afterward, from the castle’s foot, we take a horse carriage to Hohenschwangau village.
# Please note that (During the winter months, due to snow and for safety reasons, the Marienbrücke is closed).

Stop At: Oberammergauer Passionstheater, Othmar-Weis-Straße 1, 82487 Oberammergau, Germany
Later, we drive to the picturesque village of Oberammergau, where is the original Passion Play started in 1634 period. This little historic village is famous for wood carving and for many House paintings and more. Free time for lunch and shopping.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Stop At: Schloss Linderhof, Linderhof 12, 82488 Ettal, Bavaria Germany
Then we drive to Linderhof Palace. Where Ludwig II lived for more than 8 years, with time to explore the formal gardens. Please note that the famous Venus Grotto at the moment is closed for maintenance works until 2022.

Stop At: Pilgrimage Church of Wies, Wies 12, 86989 Steingaden, Bavaria Germany
Before we finish our lovely day with the visit of the famous Wieskirche (the church in the meadow). Then back to your hotel in Füssen.

Amir was a wonderful tour guide who gave us lifelong memories of our visit to Bavaria. The way he told stories and shared his knowledge made for an enchanting day learning about Ludwig II and seeing some of Bavaria‘s best locations.

We had such a fantastic day with special private tours! We booked them last minute when other plans fell through. It was a special day as our daughter was getting engaged. They helped us plan the surprise and even had a bottle of champagne ready to go when she said “yes“! They were also fantastic at rearranging the schedule a bit to accommodate our plans and desires for the day. Highly recommend! We would use them again!

Paul was such an amazing Guide! Splurging on a Private Tour with just our family was perfect! Paul picked us up & dropped us off at our Fussen hotel. My adults sons who are reluctant to pose for me for pictures, were charmed by Paul and let him direct us to pose at so many scenic stops! Paul's lunch recommendation spot was a delicious regional meal. His knowledge of the region and history was so much better than a canned audio tour.
I highly recommend the Private Tour so you get the most of the day at your pace, not a bus load.

Our family had an amazing experience on this tour to Neuschwanstein and Linderhoff Castles. Our guide Amir was terrific! He took his time explaining the history of the area and made sure we were enjoying our tour. He never made us feel rushed or hurried. His lunch recommendation was spot on and the stop for gelato was a nice treat! We definitely recommend Amir and Special Private Tours!

When we booked our tour to Germany and Fussen, we worried abit about the queues and how to get the best experience out of a day at the castles. Then we came across Special Private tours. This became one of the best experiences we have had with a full day with guide ever. Amir was amazing, -very knowledgeable, relaxed, professional... everything You ever hoped for in a tour guide. Queues were skipped, and we were transported safe and sound between the different locations in the most comfortable way. Would reccomend this tour to everyone.
