The boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida was half hour late (Ray Fish)
The boat from Nusa Penida to Sanur left half hour early without taking us (Never book with Ray Fish or Victory Cruise Miles) they dont actually own the boats anymore and are at the mercy of bigger boat company such as Semabu or Maruti or Idola. Had we reserved close to flight times from Bali, we would have been stranded on Bali island. That is another lesson. Never book close to flight times these boats, keep enough margin of time between the boat arrival and flight times.

The boat transfer prices are not fixed. Bargained every place in Bali. 250K for a round trip is real.

Our boat left 30 minutes late. There were 2 other companies that were scheduled at the same time and they left on time. Not sure of the reason.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service on our Nusa Penida to Bali trip. Unexpected changes in departure time resulted in financial losses and major inconvenience. Their lack of timely communication and responsiveness only added to the frustration. Think twice before booking with them.

The agency was pretty hard to find in the harbour but from the moment we found it, everything went super smooth. Hope you gonna grab party boat! Super fun

Easy to book. Cheaper than some of the other people we spoke to while waiting. Much easier than just showing up and trying to get on one

The fast boat was good. However the pickup service was awful. On the way there he tried to have us get out and walk on the busy main road because of traffic. Ummm no! On the way back he was an hour late picking us up.

Great boat ride! It gets a little hot on the boat but the ride is not too long. View of the island is amazing! You can see the entire island when approaching from far.
