Great service but expensive. ONly use it if there are several planes coming in at once, otherwise it is not worth it. Some got their luggage before us.

Upon arrival to the airport, the ladies (I can only remember Anna’s name) were both so very nice and welcoming. They immediately got me thru customs and escorted me to secure my bags. I was then met by my driver Neptune. He shared so many fascinating details about St. Lucia. Great service!

We purchased Fast Track with roundtrip transportation (Hilary Transfers & Transportation) and would no do it any other way in the future. We wanted a little extra because it was our honeymoon and was so surprised by the assistance and speed getting through the airport and customs! We were exhausted and the help from the time we get off the plane until we got into the sedan was phenominal. Hilary and his wife were so pleasant and informative to and from the airport/resort. We highly recommend this service. It is worth every penny and we will be using them when we return to St. Lucia!

Great service. This is our second trip to St. Lucia. There was someone standing with a sign when we walked into the immigration building. Fast track is well worth it. We went to the head of the line for both the passport stamping and customs. A luggage porter is included with the service which is something we didn't know. We tipped them anyways. Hilary was waiting for us right outside the door. The van is roomy and comfortable with a few drinks to get things going. Trip there and back was perfect. Communication through Whatspp was always quick and precise.
We also used Hilary for a custom day tour. Our driver was Sinclair. He took us all the places we wanted to go and even know about a roadside food stop that was only open on Fridays.

All I can say is AMAZING!!! Hilary Tours took care of me for my entire solo trip. From picking me up from the airport, taking me on a private tour around the island and having a professional, welcoming staff. Everyone made me feel safe and welcome for my first solo trip. They showed me all the sites and did it all with a smile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both their transfer service and you would be missing out if you don't book the private tour.
I'm telling anyone who is planning to come to St. Lucia to contact Hilary FIRST!!!

Hilary was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt and patient when our bags were late to be brought down for check-out. The roads were very twisty-turny. Hilary was a very safe driver. Perfect way to start and end our vacation.

We are a family of 6 who went to a resort in St. Lucia last week. We used Hilary for our pick-up to and from the airport for multiple trips given our different arrival/departure flights. We were picked up on time and the transfers were seamless. Hilary and Chris are amazing! Courteous, friendly and reliable. Would highly recommend others to use this service too.

Hilary Transfers goes above and beyond any expectation you could have for a car service. When we arrived at the airport, we were met on the Tarmac and walked through processing quite expeditiously. The guide never left our side and we were finished with customs and in our car in less than 1hr and ready to get our vacation started. On the way to the airport and knowing that we were pressed for time, Hilary found an alternate route that was faster and had breathtaking views. He even pulled to the side of the road so we could take a few fast pics that were fit for a postcard! When my teenager accidentally left her phone in the back of the vehicle, Hilary was gracious enough to bring it back to her. Hilary Transfers really go out of their way to, for a short time, make you feel like a relative that is comfortably getting a ride and an experience at the same time. Thank you, Hilary, for making our first time in St Lucia a very memorable one!

Just inside the door of the airport, we were greeted with a sign with our names on them. We were then escorted straight up to the counter for our passports, and then approximately two minutes later, we were picking up our luggage and being escorted to where our driver was waiting for us. Hillary, transportation had supplied some water, a couple sodas, a couple local beers and are very professional and we would definitely use them again. When it was time to leave the , they were right on time and once again, it was a great ride back to the airport.
