By purchasing this tour, the customer agrees to follow only the guide assigned to him/her. It is not permitted to add external guides to the group after the tour has been purchased. We inform our customers that, in such circumstances, access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If one chooses to opt out, they will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund.
For the issuance of Vatican Museums tickets, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. Without this information, the ticket cannot be issued. Once the Vatican Museums ticket is issued, it is non-refundable. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour

Beautiful art work in all 3 locations. Sistine chapel walls and ceilings were a once in a lifetime experience. Due to poor audio and the guides accent, we were only able to understand a small part of the tour.

Roberta was simply amazing. She is everything that a tour guy needs to be. I went on a tour with her and was amazed by her, the way how she guide us, so friendly, so good in knowledge, always smiled and always had something to say barely finding space to breath. So if anytime I have some other chance to be guide by her I would really love to.

A really wonderful tour with a great tour guide. Such amazing places & so many beautiful things to look at, it was quite overwhelming. Will definitely have to make another visit. Very crowded in the Museum & we walked around a quite a fast pace to keep within our allotted time so not enough time to really stand & look at anything in detail, but still a lot of fun. Sistine Chapel & St Peter’s Basilica are just magical.

The Vatican Museum is definitely worthwhile. However, the instruction from Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's was very clear. We missed the short cut, and ended up exiting the Chapel instead of entering the St. Peter's cathedral. The guide should provide more clear instruction and should accompany us into the Sistine Chapel with us.

Booked this tour as part of my father’s 80th birthday celebrations and it was a great morning (we did the 09:00 start) for my family. Our guide Fabio was very enthusiastic and friendly and made the tour even more memorable. There is so much to see and in my view as guided tour is the way to go. Skipping the line on the morning and walking past the already long line was a relief - as was the ability to leave the Sistine Chapel and go straight into the Basilica.

I didn’t get to enjoy my tour due to the fact that the tour guide never responded to the message I sent. It was impossible to find a taxi due to the public transportation strike. I was running 10 minutes late and the tour had already left. I contacted customer service/tour guide via the app and they didn’t return my message so I basically wasted $242.00. There should have been someone from the app that could have helped me but not one person was there. Thankfully there was another tour I was able to join.

The tour was excellent and our tour guide was extraordinary! However NOTHING in the booking directions indicated that our transport would take us to Vatican City and then just drop us there and not return to take us back to our hotel! Quite an experience for 3 seniors dropped in downtown Rome to figure out how to get back to hotel.
