The Fendi Experience was wonderful. Chiara met us at the hotel and we proceeded to Fendi. The tour and shopping were great. Lots of historical information - a once in a lifetime experience. Chiara was very helpful.

The Fendi Experience is a must while you are in Rome! During the tour my husband and I privately toured the Fendi boutique, were treated like royalty and toured private areas of the boutique. It was so wonderful learning about the history of the brand, the boutique and the history of how the gorgeous clothing is made. Can’t recommend enough!

Chiara was an excellent guide for our all-day personal shopping experience in Rome. We have been on many private tours all over the world, especially Italy, as we make it our destination every summer. This one stood out to us. It’s clear Chiara is comfortable working with high net-worth individuals. She is a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness, and our experience with her was memorable. We appreciated that, at the beginning of the tour, she gave us an overview of what she typically offers and how she is able to tailor the tour to our specific needs as we go along. Although we did purchase a few things along the way, we never felt the pressure to, and the mix of luxury stores and local quality Roman stores was perfect. It was special for me to see and support the small, locally owned (lots of women-owned:) boutiques that Chiara took us to. The shopkeepers were eager to sell their products, of course, but Chiara was helpful in being that professional that stood as a local eye and translator while I was trying on clothes and shoes. Chiara also immediately knew what looked best on me, and I asked for and appreciated her advice when I wasn’t so sure about an item (i.e. she never encouraged me to buy anything that didn’t look fabulous, she even discouraged some things that did not look great, and we had some little chuckles about it.) It was fun to have a girl 'buddy' who knew what looked great, as I was shopping with my husband, who doesn't always think shopping is as fun as I do. ;) We loved asking Chaira questions about her Roman heritage and hearing all her answers, as she has a wealth of knowledge about her hometown and her ancestry. If you are lucky enough to book with Chiara, you should not be disappointed. Let her know what you’d like to experience and she will make it happen for you. This was just the most amazing experience. Chiara was so knowledgeable and kind. We had amazing access to all the floors of the store, villa and hotel. Plus private guides to talk more to us about each aspect. It was stunning and everyone was so gracious. There was no high pressure to make big purchases at all (although we did make a purchase because it was too beautiful to resist). My husband and I were both on an “high” afterwards. It was one of the best experiences we had in Rome. If you are even considering this as a maybe - do it you will have the best time!! We’d do it again next time we are in Rome.

The Fendi Experience Tour was a pleasant surprise. When I saw the tour on Viator, I was interested but didn't know what to expect. Once booked, I was contacted by our guide, Chiara, and she asked me a few background questions to gauge what I wanted to experience. We met outside of the flagship Fendi store and proceeded inside for our tour. Our party was greeted by Sandro, a wonderful Fendi employee that gave us many fascinating historical insight about the building and the brand. After our tour of Fendi, Chiara, took us around Rome to various boutiques where we were introduced to artisans and allowed to browse their products. It was a wonderful time and Chiara was extremely pleasant and gave us more than our money's worth. It was a nice balance of fashion and history. Great tour!

Chiara was our guide and made us feel so special and comfortable. We had insights into the Fendi palace and were given an extensive tour with so much information about the founders and the Fendi family. An experience we would not suggest to miss! Thank you Chiara for all your time!

Che dire è stata un’esperienza favolosa, ci siamo trovati con Chiara davanti allo store di Fendi e lì è iniziato il nostro tour. E’ stato interessante, istruttivo conoscere gli angoli della maison e scoprire tante piccole sfaccettature del loro lavoro. Grazie Chiara bellissima esperienza
