Really enjoyed the trip-catamaran to Denia & return by boat to Javea Preferred catamaran as smoother voyage. Would recommend the trip

Awful experience. We were asked to arrive half an hour before departure only to wait in the heat with no access to drinks, toilets or info. When someone did arrive, 10 minutes later than departure time, he started telling people what boat to get on out of the three moored at the dock. We questioned it as after checking our ticket he pointed us toward a smaller catamaran but the guy in the boat scanned our ticket and confirmed we were on the right boat. Halfway to Jávea the boat stopped at a cave where people were swimming and the guy told everyone this was where you could swim around the boat for a while before we headed back to Dénia. We had been directed onto the wrong boat. When we pointed this out to him, he was apologetic, saying that his assistant on the boat didn’t understand English well. He said that we would have to take the next ferry when we returned, 2 hours later than we one we booked, and of course it would be free. We were roasting in the sun with no shade so my wife and I got into the sea with everyone else to cool off. When we got back in board to head back he said that as we had “enjoyed the trip” the offer of a “free” ferry home no longer stood and we’d have to buy tickets again when we got to Dénia. My wife, who is half Spanish and a native speaker, said to him this was not right. He became insulting and accused us of trying to get a free boat trip. At Denia we spoke to a manager. He was apologetic and said that they were struggling to get good staff and they would get us for free on the next ferry. Ultimately we argued at the office for an hour before getting a refund which we used to pay for a taxi back to Jávea. When we left there was still a queue of people filling out complaint forms a requesting refunds as they had been sold the trip as “swimming in the caves”. We were around 200 metres out and told you weren’t allowed in the caves as it was a nature reserve even though there were dozens of people from a different trip clearly swimming in the caves at the time. They all felt they had been conned and the trip was misrepresented. All in all it was a bad experience made much worse by the terrible attitude of the two guys piloting the boat. I would never use this company again. 👎👎

Great trip and extremely helpful booking staff. Highly recommend Mundo Marina for a day on the waves.

Took the catamaran boat trip back to javea from Denia on a sunny February afternoon. We’d cycled there from Javea so it was a great way to get back with our bikes on board. It was a beautiful experience, motoring close to the impressive sea cliffs as the sun started to set. The catamaran is light, and quiet so we were taken much closer to the foot of the cliffs below Cabo St Antonio. Lieing out on the nets on top of the sea at the front of the catamaran is quite a special experience. Highly recommended!

Nice boat trip from Denia to the fishing port of Xabia Not expensive at all 18€ round trip I live in Denia and I have been on it before, they have regular departures and they use different boats for different trips

En el ferry pone que hay visión submarina, pero no la hay. Los cristales están tan sucios que no se ve nada. El desembarque en el puerto de Jávea está a un paseo de la playa que con niños pequeños y calor se hace eterno. Por lo demás, todo bien aunque se echan de menos las normas de seguridad y quizá algún audio que vaya explicando los lugares por donde se pasa.

Ha sido una experiencia preciosa, para grandes y pequeños. Las vistas son maravillosas y la tripulación muy amable. Sin duda, repetiremos.

NO ES UN VELERO ES UN FERRY, NI EN LA IDA NI EN LA VUELTA PONIA LA VELA, PORQUE ES FACIL DE SABER, EL VIENTO ERA PERFECTO, LA ESCUSA:LA VELA SE VA A ROMPERSE! ADEMAS NO HABIA NINGUNA CHARLA SOBRE LA SEGURIDAD, POR EJEMPLO DONDE ESTA LAS SALVAVIDAS Y COMO PENERSELO.

Hicimos la excursión en catamaran de denia a javea y nos gustó mucho, el barco es muy cómodo, las vistas son preciosas y el servicio es puntual. Podíamos elegir el horario de regreso lo que nos permitió organizar el día completo, fuimos por la mañana, nos bañamos en la playa, comíamos, dimos un paseo, y regresamos al atardecer. Muy recomendable

Fui esta mañana a la caseta que tienen en el puerto para pedir un reembolso. Me estaba atendiendo una chica muy amable cuando de repente una señora de cierta edad, trabajando tambien en la caseta, se puso nerviosa diciéndome que la política de la compañía era de un 50 % de reembolso, no dije absolutamente nada, ( si es la política es lo que hay) se puso a atacarme verbalmente y a su colega también. no entiendo como ese tipo de persona puede tener un trabajo de cara al público. Por lo que me concierne ya no usaré los servicios del mundo marino.
