While we arrived at the airport on time, 2 bags did not arrive which delayed us meeting our driver. There were 9 of us with a lot of luggage for a 2-week vacation. Matteo patiently waited for us to get to the meeting point. He had another driver with him so that our drive to Rome was comfortable and accommodated all of our luggage. Thank you for helping to get our vacation started off on the right foot~

Reservation said we were to meet our driver inside at the meeting place. Noone there. Called driver 3 times to make connection and get picked up. He told us he was not allowed to come into the meeting place as of a month ago, to meet riders. Strange he would say that when we saw other company's representatives there to meet passengers. I question this statement. The irritating part is it was raining, and my family and I had to go upstairs and out into the rain to get picked up. Most frustrating that we had to do this given the instructions we received about the meeting place. Why did we not get updated instructions as to where to meet? There was confusion and we could not immediately identify the driver. Once on board the ride was fine.

Matteo and his team are top professionals. We arrived in Rome and quickly found our driver. He was courteous and helpful. And when we left Rome, Matteo himself drove us to the train station. He offered many helpful tips to navigate the train station. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his service.

The driver was there to greet us as promised, he helped with our luggage, the car we took was clean and fast, and he took us directly where we wanted without us, having to tell him where to go. The only downside is that there is a bit of a walk to get to the car. But I can and will use them again I have used them before and they are very reliable.
