Skageflå is an abandoned mountain farm above the UNESCO Geirangerfjord. If you see Skageflå farm for the first time, be it on the images on the internet or from the cruise ship in the fjord, you can´t stop scratching your head about how the hell did the people get there or how did they manage to build the houses there in the first case.

Friaren –The Suitor – lies on the opposite bank to Dei sju systre – The Seven Sisters – in the Geirangerfjord. The falls are not particularly high, but are split at the centre, revealing a rock face in a form that resembles a bottle.

Stunning views, delicious food, and 3 knowledgeable ,entertaining and helpful guides,/staff ,Ioannis, Nicole and Rolt ! The boat was very comfortable and allowed for great views of the spectacular scenery! We also had the opportunity to get off the boat and do an interesting and slightly challenging climb up steps of a waterfall.

I would give the company 4-5 stars, except they did not return my money. I made the mistake of booking a 3-hour cruise 2 months in advance. I immediately realized my mistake and contacted them to update it to a 90-minute cruise, same day, and same time. They accommodated me, but did not return the difference. I let it go at the time, but when I went to check in for the cruise, the representative helping us queried on which cruise we were on. We explained the mistake we'd made, and she asked, "they returned your money, right?" "No," I said, and she said that wasn't right. I reached out to them, and they told me "too bad," which again, I understand, except their representative when we checked in told us we were entitled to a refund.

Our morning tour was cancelled by the Viator representative and rebooked for the afternoon tour. We arrived in plenty of time with printed out copies of the tickets. However, when we arrived at the pier, the tour operator didn't have record that our morning tour was rescheduled to the afternoon tour. They said this was an issue with Viator not updating our reservation? After heated discussion with the manager and boat captain, they said we would have to wait until everyone had boarded to see if there was enough room for us to board. Luckily, some other travelers didn't make it so we were 'allowed' to board the boat that we booked months ago. This is a terrible way to manage reservations, they blamed Viator and when I contacted Viator they blamed the boat tour. The tour itself was lovely and we enjoyed our time on the boat.

Sailing through the Geiranger Fjord was truly a highlight of our trip. It was absolutely gorgeous!! The commentary was also entertaining; covering the history of the area.

The slower pace of this trip and the less crowded cruise than the other boats was delightful. We all sat back and listened to the noise of the waterfalls going up close while the captain told stores about the falls and farms. We got very close to the waterfall and had opportunities for spectacular photos. It was a beautiful day so no need for protective clothing and sunning on the deck was fabulous.

We took the Fjordcruise from Ålesund to Geiranger and back. Beautiful tour, I don't think I'll ever forget it. But we used most of a day on it, and it was not cheap. Boat was large, comfortable and pretty fast. Several toilets, a small kiosk, both inside and outside sitting options. The tour is long, three hours, you go through several fjords before arriving. The views are very special and beautiful - I was busy watching everything all the time. We had three hours in Geiranger before returning. The return-tour is not as exciting because you have seen everything on the first leg - several passengers fell asleep. There is an audioguide in a lot of languages. A bit too much like a tourist brochure to my taste but not bad. Crew is very friendly and helpful.

We did this boat trip from Geiranger and enjoyed seeing the fjord from the water. It was a cool day (even though it was July) but for most of the trip, it was sunny. The audio guides provided worked well and there was plenty of space on the boat (although less outside as most people stayed out of the cabin area). The fjord is beautiful and seeing it from the water really gave us a great perspective.

We went on the 1 h Fjord sightseeing by boat tour with drop of possibility for Skagefla Hike. Boat was really crowded (good weather) and there were not enough working audio guides. The App was not working and the crew was not helping. So all in all it was a very expensive, fairly short tour down the Fjord, with no information what so ever provided. We went to the ticket Center afterwards, to complain about the missing audio guides and got nothing expect a very unfriendly woman, telling us we should have downloaded the app. The fjord is still amazing, but I would not recommend going out with this company!! To expensive, no service, unfriendly, basically nothing in return..

Great cruise of the fjords. Was early morning so many of the mountain tops were ringed with clouds. Later in the cruise the sun revealed the mountain tops. Plenty of space to spread out and see the falls, towns, and beauty of the fjords.

The only negative I have to say about this experience was that the audio tour was not working. It was an amazing experience to see all the waterfalls and wonderful nature. I miss Geiranger, it was such a beautiful experience. Booking the tour was super easy through their own website and then we could just show the ticket on our phone as we boarded.
