We met Charlie on a rainy day end of April. Charlie was very knowledgeable of the area and showed us all the sites. He made a rainy day in a beautiful city feel like sunshine. Relatively inexpensive and well worth it. Highly recommend

It was the great idea to take the golf cart.
It’s easy to travel the city and to get closer to all the cities attractions.
The driver, Marta, was very nice and patient. I would recommend this golf cart to anyone who wants to avoid walking too much and also avoid the traffic in Rome.

The driver did not show - rang the contact number 15 mins after the meet up time - asked why I hadn’t rung earlier!!! Said they would contact the driver. Waited ten minutes- rang again told to wait another 5-10 mins. Rang again - told on its way. In the end another driver was asked to take us as the original driver was not picking up. After 45 mins our new driver was brilliant and we had a fantastic tour.

Amazing tour of all the important sights in Florence especially Piazzale Michelangelo. We were a group with young children and senior citizens and it was easier to go round and enjoy in a short period of time.

So disappointed. Paid £115 for me, my husband snd daughter but no golf cart turned up!! We waited half-an-hour and I used the contact and message link three time to chase their whereabouts - thinking they may be just delayed. But there was no response. How do I get a refund? Very let down.

Our guide, Azizi, was knowledgeable and fun! We really enjoyed the experience of being on the cart and having access to charming, narrow roads that bigger vehicles could not drive on. Our main complaint is that the cover on the cart makes it difficult to see many things. We found ourselves really having to lean under/around the awning for viewing.

Wonderful route around Florence with a bonus trip up to the park area. My mother is 85 and needed to ride around to see the sights. This was perfect. I saw more of Florence in one trip than I had in other trip to the city. Totally worth it. Highly recommended.

Travelling solo I had prebooked the golf cart tour and it was the first thing that I did after unpacking my suitcase. It was easy to find the meeting point and the tour was just perfect. Having never been to Florence before the tour put everything into perspective, where everywhere I wanted to visit was and more. The driver was so helpful and informative, I took so many photo's!! At the end of the tour the driver even recommended a restaurant for me. Well worth it and willmore than likely book again when I visit Florence again.
I'm really bad at remembering names, wish I could remember the drivers name as he was just a great guide.

Hey! I didn’t appreciate how in the rain with my two kids, I’m asking the tour guide, are you part of the tour, the guy states maybe, it depends. There was a lack of connection. You want one to feel connected to the city, and that is not how you approach it. Finished in 40 minutes.

The guide/driver of the golf cart showed us the places around within the duration allowed. That part was all fine. On the way back he stopped for several mins to negotiate with another visitor requiring his service. He could have done that at his own time after dropping us off.
