Arrived at the meeting point (VIA ROMANA 41 RED AT TUSCAN TASTE )we are waiting for you no later than 10 minutes after the agreed time (only in case of emergency contact by whatsapp +39 3931050885)

The class is in the meeting point (inside the store TUSCAN TASTE)

As soon as you arrive, you decide the menu based on the chef's instructions and your tastes (so always remember to report what you don't like if you have allergies) anyway remeber that is JOIN class so we need make any guests "happy"...

We start preparing pasta and sauces (about an hour)
Sometimes we may even have decided to make our own cheese for fillings!

We continue with the execution for ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti or other pasta that we decided to prepare
Hand on Pasta class!

In the end we eat and drink! (2 glass for guest 1 bottle for 4 guests)

I remind you to use proper clothes because you will be in a real kitchen so, for your safety and comfort, if possible not short shorts, no too wide and long sleeves, low-cut dresses and gathered hair.

Julio was great! Funny and taught us about making pasta and easy sauces. He really cared about us having a wonderful experienced. Loved that it was a small class (only 6 of us total) so we all got to try making the 3 different types of pasta. This is also a class where, as a group, you get to choose the ingredients! There was a basket of veggies on the table when we arrived and we were able to pick the ones we used. At the end, there were 2 bottles of wine and water that the group shared. Only knocked down a star (really like a half star) because I was still a tad bit hungry when we left (which meant room for gelato!). Would have liked a little more pasta but honestly, the pasta and sauces were delicious!

We had a great time. Roberto was a great, passionate and patient teacher. We were shown pasta with egg and with water as well as multicoloured pastas and different styles of pastas and sauces. Roberto explained which pastas go with what sauces very well. We then sat down and enjoyed our meal with the group. It was a very unique experience.

Chef Vary was warm and welcoming when we arrived. Roberto was our chef, and he could not have been more talented, passionate, funny, and entertaining. Our class of 12 was a really fun group from all over the USA. We all worked on our pasta, practiced the techniques, and laughed at our mistakes. I highly recommend this class. It was a wonderful experience and a highlight of our time in Florence!

One of the absolute best highlights of our trip! Roberto has incredible knowledge and did not hold back on making us feel welcome in the kitchen. I feel like I had a Michelin chef crash course, we had a blast! Would hands down do again!

Such an amazing class! Roberto was a great teacher, very knowledgeable, passionate and funny. We made 3 delicious pastas with fresh ingredients, got to enjoy them with wine and then got recipes emailed to us after the class.

What a fun night we had cooking with Irene! Neither my mom nor myself have a ton of cooking skills, but by the end of the night, we felt as if we'd be able to go home and make any of the three pastas she taught us how to cook. She made the class fun while also teaching about the intricacies of pasta making. We were SO glad we took this class. Would do it again anytime we're back in Florence! It was one of the highlights of our trip.

This cooking class was excellent! Three different kinds of yummy hand made pasta resulting in a terrific dinner for that evening. Taking home the knowledge and confidence to try it ourselves!
