The entire museum tour was excellent, highlited by the viewing of the David sculpture. Tour guide was particularly helpful in sharing historical stories

Manuela was wonderful. Incredibly knowledge!! Took touf in english/anglais. Easy to understand. Answered questions and gave us "pop" quizzes!! Wonderful!!

Voucher just reserves tickets then collect from operator at designated pick up , easy and efficient. We arrived a little early and operator gave us tickets from earlier slot

Got in right away. Lines were pretty long without a timed ticket. Expensive but worth not waiting in line

We were delayed getting into Florence, so we missed our original time slot. Customer service was very helpful and rebooked us for a time slot later in the day. We were so grateful! We showed up, checked in, given a ticket, and put into a much shorter line. The main line was 2-3 times longer. Got in quickly and it was great! Would definitely recommend.

Lines were ridiculously long. And even buying a ticket ahead of time didn’t help we were exhausted n left. There is no method of cancelling or rescheduling so had to eat it
