Why not explore a traditional florentine craft while having fun - paper marbling is an artisan craft in Florence and now you can learn the secrets to creating your very own. In this hands-on art workshop I’ll take you through the process of marbling to create unique and beautiful designs on paper.
We start by introducing the materials with a quick demonstration including paper treatment, creating colours, and pattern techniques. Dive into your creativity while exploring this ancient craft in a modern way!
Your time in Florence will stand out experiencing this special artisan craft. Lessons are at a local art studio where guests can relax and practice in comfort. Space is air conditioned and heated seasonally.
The duration is approximately 2 hours, & a perfect way to try something new creating your own works of art to take home.
this activity is family/child friendly, all ages are welcome! Private groups available, simply choose days/time on request.
