Stop At: Twin Falls, 47600 SE 159th Street, North Bend, WA 98045

This half day tour is a combination of a 2-hour moderate hike (a few inclines for about five minutes at a time) to the Twin Falls and a visit to an old logging town, Snoqualmie with its famous Snoqualmie Falls nearby.
I will pick you up in downtown Seattle and drive eastward for about 30 minutes until we arrive at the trailhead in Olallie State Park. We will hike in old growth forest along Snoqualmie Lower River to the Twin Falls and the Upper Falls, which are a beautiful cascade of waterfalls.
After the hike we drive through North Bend, where the diner from the popular tv show "Twin Peaks" is located, to the old historic logging town, Snoqualmie.

Duration: 3 hours

Stop At: Snoqualmie Falls, 6501 Railroad Ave SE, Snoqualmie, WA 98065-9687

We then drive to the majestic Snoqualmie Falls which are 270 feet tall and see the falls from a few platforms followed by driving through Snoqualmie town with the extravagant old depot from 1890 and historic locomotives. Before returning to Seattle we stop at Borst Lake, where Mount Si is often reflected.

Our guide Susan was amazing! Her knowledge of both the plants, the native history as well as history of the area really made for a wonderful experience. Plus, our group of 10 was represented by 6 different countries!

It was a beautiful hike! I would say be ready to do a few inclines. We brought our own waters but the guide had extra and a few snacks which was cool considering how much we hiked up. 10/10 would recommend! The views were amazing

The hike to the waterfall was too far to climb. The waterfall at the top was not worth the hike. The excursion would have been good without the hike.

Marc was great with the group. He was personable and pointed out points of interest along the drive and the hike. He was also compassionate for all members of the group, whether they were experienced hikers or not. There should be a better defined description of the level of difficulty. Some of the people on the hike did not realize it would be as difficult as it was. There were quite a few steps and steep inclines and down slopes. It was tough for some of the members. Marc was great with everyone, though.

This is a tour for young and fit people. I am a 60 year old with average fitness level. I can walk 3-4 hours a day. Mark was rushing ahead and only 4-5 people were able to listen to his commentary. We had a group of 20 year olds to 70 year olds. Some of us had a really hard time with the speed of the hike. If we took more time, it would have been more enjoyable. He booked another hike right after us so he was rushing.
