Our e-bike rental service is situated in the heart of Old Quebec! After launching fat biking winter activities during the pandemic in Old Quebec, we installed our new office in a 150-year-old-foundation building directly in the Old Port on a very quaint and quiet street to start your rental.
We are just beside the main bike paths taking you to the best places in Quebec City by bike : the Montmorency Falls, Old Quebec, Wendake, Limoilou with the Saint-Charles River and Farmer's Market, the bike path by the St-Lawrence River on both shores with the ferry ride and much more.
Our rentals includes everything you need for a safe and enjoyable ride. Each e-bike comes with a helmet and a lock.

I highly recommend Turque & Bicycle Experiences. Emily made us feel right at home when renting e bikes in a new city. She coved everything in detail: safety, maps, how to reach her if we had a problem, suggestions on which route to take and instructions on how to ride an ebike, since it was my first time. The knowledge and experience of Emily and her staff is fantastic. Quebec City is a very friendly bike city, my bike experience was wonderful and so much fun!

We rented e bikes and road to the falls. Emily explained everything about the bikes, bike safety, the bike paths and suggestions on where to go. She is extremely competent, friendly, multi lingual and extremely customer focused. Some in our group had never used an e bike and now are huge fans. I highly recommend renting here and can’t wait to return. It was a very positive experience!

Not only was the hospitality amazing but the prices were the lowest in town, hands down. They speak French, English, & Spanish; showing how driven they are to assist their clients. I will absolutely be coming back,and referring others for an e-bike tour in the Future!

I was greeted by the owner Emilie who was very helpful. She suggested bike routes and showed me how to operate the e-bike, despite it being very busy in the morning rush for bike rentals, she took the time to do the same for every customer. Water bottles were provided which was a very thoughtful extra, the bike came with an alan key for adjusting the seat and a lock.
The bike itself was fantastic, I rode ~60km and the bike still had 1/3 of its charge left, it was very light and easy to handle. The assistance was optional so I kept it low and had a relaxing ride to montmorency falls, but then when it got later in the day I used all the assistance and was doing 35km/h to get back in time.
When I arrived back I was given a complimentary beverage (very refreshing) which topped off the brilliant service. For the price this was fantastic and I would happily recommend to anyone looking to hire a bike in Quebec City.

They were super nice and helpful. Renting e-bikes for the day was a great way to go see Montmorency Falls and then to hit the Farmers Market on the way back. Lots of fun!

With Emilie’s help, my husband and I had a wonderful day e-biking in Quebec City along the St. Charles River. I had both my knees replaced in the last 3 years and hadn’t ridden a bike for 5 years. I was nervous to try e-biking, but Emilie was so patient and adjusted the e-bike so I could ride it. She recommended lovely, flat and uncrowded bike trails along the St. Charles River with beautiful scenery and a local market to stop by. My husband and I enjoyed our day so much that we have decided to buy e-bikes when we get home! Thank you, Emilie.

Quelle BELLE EXPÉRIENCE!!! Émilie et son équipe offre un service exceptionnel. Nous avons louer les trottinettes électriques 2 JOURS! Ce fut notre meilleur séjour à Québec.
