2. How long distance for a day trip cycling?
Average distance from 20 -30KM ( 12 -17 Miles) with this distance will provide you the more insight Mekong villages.
There are several agent offer Day trip cycling, plese check total distance before you book the tour. Most of them offer NORMAL bikes and RIDE around 05 KM (02-03 Miles) around tourist areas.

Outstanding one day trip biking, kayaking, boating ! Also visited real food market along the riverside and really got a great sense about how people live along the Mekong delta. This is an active adventure so If you are looking to join a boat with 30 other tourist this is not for you. However if you want to wander through small roads through farms and villages and experience Vietnam, urge you to sign up for this trip.

Such a wonderful way to explore- boat, kayak, bike. Appreciated an experience that did not feel touristy. Lee was an amazing guide. A very active excursion. Would highly recommend.
Communication was excellent. And photos and videos capturing the adventure were great added feature.

Really good tour I would recommend. We got picked up at 7.15 from our apartment. We drove a while then stopped for coffee which was so delicious! Then we went to a traditional market with no tourist in sight. It was so colourful and interesting. Off on a boat tour and then amazing kayaking for about 30 mins or so. I love kayaking! And the Mekong Delta was so calm.
Phuk then gave us delicious fruit on the boat. I had a rest on the hammock and then we went to pick up our bikes.
We cycled for about 13km according to my watch. Had delicious lunch at a local place - a beef pho which was really delicious. Another 12km of cycling and then back on the bus. We got back to our apartment about 5.30pm.
Everyone was lovely, we felt well looked after and had a brilliant day.

A genuinely excellent day of kayaking and biking around the Mekon with our brilliant guide Lee.
We were collected from our Saigon Hotel spot on time, driven to the tour location to experience a day of boating, kayaking and cycling, and being so well looked after by our knowledgeable and fun guide Lee. Easily one of our best days in Vietnam.

Awesome tour guide, bus driver and Captain on the boat. The day was so much fun and just the right amont of activties. Provided food was great. Would defintely recommend.

Really fantastic trip which we could not find a single fault with. Very helpful communication prior to the trip to help rearrange due to shortfall in minimum group numbers. Phuc was a fantastic host, funny and considerate. We had a short visit to Cai Be and then cycled 25km along the amazing canal side paths, had a beautiful local lunch and finished off with a boat/ kayak trip. Great value for a full day 7am-6.30pm with no uncomfortable tourist traps whatsoever. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic tour! Can't say enough great things about this tour. Phouc was our guide through the whole day. He was attentive and answered all of our questions about the local people, the Mekong Delta area, and Vietnam in general. Excellent guide!
After the drive from HCMC, our first stop was an open market where we got to see where the locals do their daily shopping. No other tourists in sight! Our guide explained all the various foods on display, how they're used, and their flavors.
While winding through the market we ended up at our large boat that would take us to deeper parts of the Delta. We got to drive the boat for a little bit (great picture opportunity), on our own way to the kayaking destination. Once there we had to paddle for a bit through the choppy waters of the main river but eventually it led to calmer waters. It was quiet and tranquil, with the silence being broken by the sound of native birds making their calls. We then paddle a bit through the main river and then back on board the boat.
The bike ride was a wonderful experience as we got to ride through the quiet neighborhood of the locals.
Mostly concrete paths, with some parts being gravel.
Can't recommend this tour enough!

Off the beaten path is what we were looking for and that we got that and some more! A full day filled immersed in local culture and seeing the villagers go about their regular day. I truly left with more of an appreciation of how hard the Vietnamese work and how happy they are. From driving the boat down the Mekong river and biking through the local plantations with all the locals greeting us with a “hello” this was one of my favorite off the beaten path with no other tourist trips so far. Phuc was friendly, knowledgeable and over all a fun guide to spend a Saturday with.

We had such a fun time with Phuc! It is an adventure. As advertised, we didn’t see any other tourists. The biking was hot but fun. We loved riding on the Mekong River and the kayaking was really neat. Would definitely recommend if you want an active tour away from the normal tourist attractions.
