Everything was amazing except that my pickup point didn’t got saved when I selected it, so we ended up having to rush to another place across the city to get picked up which was very stressful, BUT the driver waited for us even though we got 10 min late. Just double check that your pickup point is saved before going. Except that, all was good. The guide tough us some general stuff about Philips island, our surroundings and the animals while driving. Every time he dropped us off we agreed on a new pick up time and got to explore on our on - something I like personally. A great trip focused on animals:)

I was on this tour yesterday May 7, 2024. Many thanks to the guide for the good mood and for sticking to the schedule. The visit to the Moonlit Sanctuary and the Penguin Parade was unforgettable. After sunset you could see not only the little penguins but also the Milky Way in the cloudless sky. Special thanks from me for the penguin plus tickets, it was amazing to be close to these birds!

Great trip! Lots of stops with enough time to have a break and take photos. Highlights for me were the Moonlit sanctuary and, of course the penguins. (Wrap up warm, the wind was quite fierce on the beach) The driver John made it fun with lots of banter with the passengers especially with those from the UK! Overall well worth the money, I really enjoyed it!

A wonderful experience. Lovely weather. Cute animals at the Moonlit Sanctuary. They are very active which was nice as I seldom see an active koala in other zoo. The beach was nice, the Gelato there is a must try. Penguin Parade was a bit rush but wonderful, definitely recommend to have early dinner at the beach instead of finding food at the Penguin Parade, coz you won't have enough time for food as you need extra time to find a seat outside and wait for the penguins. Anyway they were super cute so you won't regret that. Don't forget to look up in the sky after you see enough penguins as the stars are stunning and there is a lot to look at. And our tour guide Josh was super friendly and helpful.

The day trip was really nice. Our driver, Josh, was really cool, gave us some interesting information about the area and our stops on the way, the whole day was well organized and he told us clearly every single detail we needed to know. The stops were nice and the penguin parade was very cute. People should know that cameras of any sort are hurting the penguin eyes, so for once just enjoy it and don't take pictures and videos.

Wonderful day. Josh, our driver / guide was excellent. We highly recommend the trip. Make sure you have some warm clothes, the wind across Bass Strait can be cold.

It’s a great experience ever in one day trip! There are some nice stops and views in Philip island before the main event. Such as kangaroo wallaby wombat and koala which you can feed them. And the highlight is the penguins parade which can see really close. Also, The guide Josh is knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyable and will recommend my friend to visit.
