This trip could have been a five star. I read the previous reviews and in my opinion, they were pretty on point. The experience in Quebec City was wonderful. The 50 minute tour guide was informative. The trip up to Quebec City had one bathroom room stop which was enough. However, the trip back was horrific. When we left Quebec the temperature begin to get warmer. We asked several times to turn on the AC but not response. Many people, you could tell, were getting frustrated. They started removing their jackets/sweaters, etc. it was definitely NOT a pleasant experience driving 3 hours in the heat. I could not find any comfort even removing my layers. The tour guide could have done a bit better with information and history tips on our drive. Otherwise, I felt overall the trip and time in Quebec City was a good experience. Would recommend, but the bus ride comfortability needs to be addressed since, AC is promoted in your ad as a plus, particularly for the warmer times of the year.

This was a great day, and so well planned. Our taxi arrived right on time to bring us to the bus. Chuo, the tour director explained everything clearly to us in French, English, and Chinese, and gave a good overview of the history of Quebec. Richard took over in Quebec City and gave us a great walking tour in English and French, before leaving us for a leisurely visit and lunch. (Take the funiculaire for $5 to avoid the steep steps). Everyone showed up on time after lunch for our boat tour, which took us down the river past the Montmorency Falls, then back up to the city. A guide in period dress narrated the boat ride. We then boarded the bus for the trip back with a stop at the falls. Again, we had plenty of time to see the falls and enjoy the view. Great day, well planned with rest stops and informative guides. One suggestion- maybe give passengers a map of Quebec City from the tourist office. The taxi drivers were waiting to return us our hotels when we arrived in Montréal.

We had a great day in Old Quebec. The bus was efficient and reliable. We could have skipped the aquarium and had more time in Old Quebec city. The tour was informative. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and had a great day!

We booked the full day tour from Montreal to old Quebec City with a cruise on the St Lawrence River. It was a long ride on the bus, which we knew in advance. William, our guide on the bus, was very good and his language skills, English, French, and Spanish, was amazing. Our guide in Montreal was knowledgeable, interesting and provided good information. We were a large group, though, so it was very difficult to hear her. A communication system with earbuds for participants would have been helpful. One of the main reasons we booked the tour was the River cruise. Had we known in advance it wasn't in operation for the season, we would have booked a different tour. We should have been informed in advance of being on the bus and going down the road.

Tour guide was funny and informative, always gave us clear instructions about what we'd be doing and the timings. Drive was smooth, plenty of time at the rest stop to use the bathroom and get some snacks.
The aquarium has 2 polar bears that were great to see and they had sting rays you could touch, and a great view of the Quebec bridge, so it was a nice part of the trip.
The waterfall was great, short time there but it was enough to see the falls and use the bathroom and gift shop.
Plenty of time in Quebec, the Quebec tour guide was also very good, providing lots of information. There was lots of time to explore the city at your own pace.

We enjoyed the Falls and the Waterfront shopping area. The Aquarium was not a favorite however we enjoyed the bears and seals. A lot if uphill walking for old people. Shou was very careful not to lose any of us on the tour and we were all on time. All in all it was a long day but everyone had fun.
