Valerio was our guide and he was incredible. He kept our 6 and 7 year old boys engaged the whole time. He was amazing and I fully recommend this to anyone visiting Rome to get a great overview of the city. We saw the big stuff but also got to see smaller things we wouldn’t have learned about otherwise. This was a 10/10 for us.

Achilles gave us the tour of a lifetime! He picked us up at 10 am and we spent 7 hours going to many many special sights with Achille’s fantastic narrative to make each place come alive for us. What amazing knowledge he has, and he maneuvered in and out of tiny windy roads to see unique pieces of the city we would have never found ourselves ( the names on the street of some of the 1600 sent from the Jewish ghetto to their deaths in one day of WW2, for example) and around the major roadways pointing out sights and putting it in context of the whole history of Rome. Rome may not have been built in a day, but Achilles gave us a flavor of the city in our wonderful day we will never forget.

We spent our day with Valerio, and he was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Worth every penny. The golf cart made it easy to get into places and see everything.

Absolutely fantastic day! Booked this for the start of our trip to Rome so we could visit a multitude of sights and figure out what we wanted to go back to and spend more time. We were able to see Rome in an intimate way that I don’t know how else you could do so. Our driver (valerio) was extremely knowledgeable and kind - wish we could have him along for the rest of the trip. Had an amazing time and would do again in a heartbeat- surprising how fast our time went!

This is truly an exceptional experience. Have used "Rome in golf cart" twice to tour Rome in a more personal and close-up manner. Both exceeded expectations. Lunch (pasta carbonara) was perfect and the visit to "Mama's" home was a true highlight. Unequivocally recommend "Rome in Golf Cart" as the best way to experience Rome.
