7/8 hour walking tour with Carl who was very knowledgeable helpful and pleasant. We saw a lot of the parts of San Francisco (incl inside City Hall where numerous weddings were going on but not Wharf area as you can do yourself which suited us)that otherwise we would not have seen and were on cable cars, trams and buses as well as walking. Well worth it when u only have 2 days (other day for walking Golden Gate, Alcatraz, Fisherman’s Wharf and sunset cruise). Thanks Carl - we managed to see and do a lot more than we thought we would

Had a great tour led by Greg - very knowledgeable and passionate local. The tour goes for over 6 hours and covers a lot of the key suburbs using bus & tram & a fair bit of walking. Would recommend to get your bearing on the city.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and has A LOT of stories to share about the city. He also took us to hidden spots that would be easily missed if you walk around by yourself. Also Mark has a great sense of humor and you would never feel bored in the entire tour. And cable car riding was a great addition to the tour. Overall, I fully enjoyed my experience, and would recommend Mark’s tour to anyone who visits the city for the first time. It was worth every penny. Make sure to pack up some water and sunscreen! I wish you well, Mark!

We enjoyed visiting all the different areas of San Francisco. We would have had trouble getting around that easily without someone who knew the transit system & what went where.
Our guide was very knowledgeable & obviously loved his city.
Great tour if you want to get a broad overview of the city.

Mark was a good guide, we were met at the right place, at the right time and was welcomed to the city with genuine enthusiasm. The tour itself was very informative and covered a wide array of subjects, landmarks and trivial facts. All in all, my wife and I thought it was well worth every penny we spent because we got to see and visit places we never would have been able to get to on our own. Thank you!

My most great memory of the tour is how our guide was so knowledgeable of San Francisco history, and how he explained everything with such accuracy and patience to the ones that had many questions

This walking and public transport tour gave us a great insight into the history of the places we visited and allowed us better access to sights than if we took a tour bus. Our tour guide Mark was very knowledgeable and had a story for every street we walked on. He was flexible as to how much time we spent at each place as we were the only bookings for the day. The buses and cable cars were mostly frequent with very little waiting time between sites. Would recommend this tour if you don't mind a bit of walking and want to get an insight into the history of San Francisco.

My friend and I really enjoyed this well curated and comprehensive one day tour of SF's "highlights". I'd highly recommend it especially if you are short on time and want to maximise your SF experience.
Our native San Franciscan tour guide Mark, particularly added to our enjoyment of the experience with his broad knowledge and engaging manner. Whilst it was a long tour (approx 8 hrs including lunch break) , time slipped by quickly.
We'd highly recommend it.
