This ravine is an area of great scenic beauty with very striking rock formations due to their reddish colors.

It is one of the most spectacular formations of the Quebrada de las Conchas. Its immense reddish walls gain height and narrow to form a true gorge.

Day 2: Humahuaca
Stop At: Humahuaca, Humahuaca, Province of Jujuy, Northern Argentina
Its narrow and cobbled streets stand out, worth walking on foot, with its low adobe houses preserving their historical appearance.

Very good tours. Local operator (Nordic Travel) was on time, the van (1st day) and bus (2nd day) were comfortable enough. Very knowledgeable guides on both days - Fabien, the 1st day guide, was also a very funny person. Amazing scenery, lots of stops to take amazing photos.

Para visitar LA QUEBRADA DE HUMAHUACA es conveniente dormir en Purmamarca , Tilcara o Maimara. Desgraciadamente , algunas las agencias de Turismo salteñas, NO LE AVISAN A LOS TURISTAS que van a estar en ruta 4 horas de más. Tampoco le avisan que las atracciones que verán: Salinas Grandes , Cerro de 7 colores, Garganta del Diablo, Paleta del Pintor y TANTOS OTROS!!!! Son de Jujuy, no de Salta!!!!! O sea si organiza visitar lo que nombré, más Humahuaca, el Hornecal, Yavi, etc. Alojese en Jujuy!!!!!

El viaje es increible ,los paisajes son hermosos ,si soy honesta me gustaron más que los de Jujuy ,los colores son más intensos (es mi opinión) Cafayate es muy pintoresco prueben los tamales son exquisitos y ni hablar del helado de vino
