Stop At: El Yunque National Forest 00745-9625 Puerto Rico

The Rainforest & Bio Bay Tour is simply a must! Experience Puerto Rico’s two greatest natural attractions starting with a scenic drive and a stop at a local fruit stand. After an interpretive hike on natural trails lined with beautiful flora and fauna, as well as some river wading and rock scaling, we will arrive at a hidden gem in the heart of the majestic El Yunque National Rainforest.

In this breathtaking segment of the forest, you can swim in natural pools, refresh under waterfalls, slide down exhilarating waterslides, swing from ropes into the river, jump from different rock formations, and simply relax to the sounds of cascading waters while soaking in the beauty of this very special place. Enjoy dinner and a break at a local restaurant before the Bio Bay tour.

Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Laguna Grande, Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve, Fajardo 00738 Puerto Rico

After receiving a few kayaking tips, we will kayak approximately 30 minutes through the Red Mangrove Forest to reach the Bioluminescent Lagoon. Along the way, your Eco Guides will point out the forest's beautiful protected flora and fauna. Upon arrival at Laguna Grande, the sun will set, and the magic will begin. With every stroke of your paddle, sparkles will appear in the water. The kayaks will create a swirl of light, and the fish will glow in the darkness of the water.

This was my all time favorite tour - Rene and Amauri were amazing from start to finish. It was very challenging but extremely rewarding. Hike, rock climbing, rock sliding, rope jumping!! I already want to come back and do it again!

The tour guides were very nice, they did not rush you and let you enjoy El Yunque at your own pace. The hike gets a bit difficult in very short sections but the guides Amauri and Rene were always helping. The water slide was the most fun, I would love to repeat it. The restaurante was nice we enjoyed it.

Great views. Easy enough hike, nothing too strenuous. The views are great but make sure you bring a water proof phone case because you WILL be going into some deep waters. The hosts Rene and Amari were super friendly and made sure everyone was safe and having a good time

My daughter and I had a wonderful time, the guides were very friendly and helpful the whole trip, they explained our day to us very well and gave us snippets into the local flora and fauna along the way which was lovely. 10/10 recommend.

This excursion is over-priced and under-whelming. The rain forest hike is difficult (more of a climb than a hike). We didn’t get to experience the kayaking because my husband came in over the weight limit (that’s right, they weigh you - it’s embarrassing), so we ended up taking an Uber back to our hotel. The trip advisor website says the weight limit is 250 lbs, but it’s actually 240. Super disappointing.

This combo tour was an amazing way to see the rainforest and the bio bay! The transportation was one of the biggest pluses as we had a safe place to leave our things while we were out. The restaurant stop was also very good. We’ve been on quite a few of these types of tours around the world, but this was the first restaurant that was actually very good! Really enjoyed this trip and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting PR.
