I would have liked to comment on this tour. However, Firenze cancelled on us two times! This was a tour we were highly looking forward to taking into Switzerland. Totally messed up two days of our vacation as we set those 13 hour days aside for this tour. When they cancelled the first tour, we were at the meeting point when I saw the message. I called Viator directly to complain. Viator tried to help with the refund and they (Viator) booked us on a second tour for Switzerland. Again, cancelled! Now, waiting on $1,000 plus on refunds. I do NOT recommend!

Riding the Bernina Express from Milan to St. Moritz was so refreshing. We had big windows on the train to see the Swiss Alps, and our guide was really helpful. St. Moritz was super pretty, and Pontresina was charming. This day trip was so special, showing us the beauty and culture of Switzerland.

no se realizó la actividad y en espera de la devolución del dinero. poco serios y no hay como reclamar por wue cobran o nlquean saldo y anulan actividad y lo dicen a ultimo momento como si uno estuviera revisando correo cada media hora
