The place is a 10/10. However be aware of the money they charge to enter pamukkalae. The entrance fee is 30 euros equivalent to 1050 Turkish Lira, yet the agent charged 1100 Turkish Lira. And to swim in the Ancient/Cleopatra pool it’s 200 Turkish Lira and for a locker it’s 5 Turkish Lira, but in the end the agent again overcharged with 250 Turkish Lira. I would suggest that you go and pay yourself for entrance fee and to swim in the ancient/cleopatra pool instead of being scammed by these agents. Also, they accept only cash although they had a card machine. Would have been more happier, had these agents communicated the commission fee.

Amazing view. Very polite guide called Noor/Sultan. Delicious food. I think three hours is little less time for Thermal bath, pamukale and concert side visiting.

Had an amazing day visiting Pamukkale with our guide Beste! She is so easy and funny to listen, very knowledgable about the history and culture of Pamukkale and Turkey. Had an early start, but it was completely worth it as we arrived just in time before it got too busy with crowds. I highly recommend visiting this nature’s wonder. A must see location when in Turkey.

Great day trip and Pammukale is a must do if staying in Izmir or Marmaris. Our tour guide Beste was very friendly, she was very knowledgeable and gave us a great insight into the history of our journey throughout. She made everyone feel welcome and was very clear on instructions. The coach journey did not feel tiresome as we had breaks between our destinations. Great value for money and highly recommended if anyone is considering to book!

Everything on the first leg of the tour was wonderful. Pamukkale was amazing, tour was good but a little rushed. The reason why I believe it to be more rushed was the second leg of the tour. We’ve spent 1 hour and 45 minutes eating terrible food (mushy buffet) and watching a in the flesh advert about salad dressing and natural sprays. We could have had made more memories with extra time. The money making schemes and feeling like a cow being directed into the way of shops has shunned the experience sadly. We had 4 days here, book a direct tour if available. Bettsi the tour guide was insightful, she genuinely cared about the facts and history. Good energy, bus driver was a legend. Didn’t moan once bless him.
