Ushuaia is a tourist city in Argentina. It is located in the archipelago of Tierra del Fuego, the southern tip of South America, nicknamed the "End of the World". This windy city, located on a steep hill, is surrounded by the Martial Mountains and the Beagle Channel. It is an access route for cruises to Antarctica and tours near Yécapasela Island, known as "Penguin Island" for its colonies of this species.

Here you can take advantage of the wonderful views of the area, and if the weather is good we will take a short break. We continue along the side of the river and finally reach the Laguna de los Témpanos. Here we will continue skirting the lagoon until we reach the imposing Vinciguerra Glacier.

Type of Experience: Moderate to demanding physical activity. Suitable for all types of travelers with very good physical condition. With exposure to the weather.
Suggested Clothing: Waterproof jacket + fleece jacket. Waterproof footwear with good traction. Snow pants. Hat or cap, earmuffs, gloves. Sunglasses and sunscreen. Backpack to transport personal belongings and box lunch.
Note: depending on the conditions of the path and the weather at the time of starting the trekking, the guide will inform about the equipment to be used (trekking poles, crampons, snowshoes) and its correct use. Likewise, the different terrains to be traveled and the precautions to be taken into account during the walk are reported.
It is not canceled due to rain, the excursion is only canceled due to extreme weather conditions (wind or snow storms).
