This was a great pass to see the sites! I really appreciated I did not have to schedule all the site visits in advance. I hate having an overly programmed feel to a trip. The exception is The Country Music HOF does require an advance call to complete the reservation; but was totally worth it for the Studio B tour! The Hop On/Hop Off was a great way to become familiar with the City, and see some sites I would not have gone to. The guides/drivers on these trolleys are armed with information and history, so it is a very informative tour. Even though the Fun Pass price is not heavily discounted - probably $20 less than if I had booked each individually - I would highly recommend this bundle. The provider was responsive to questions and sent all the documentation I needed.

We had no issues until we went to try and get into the Johnny cash museum. We only had 1-1/2 hours before it closed. We had been to a lot of other places and were saving the best for last. We did not have printed passes but had not needed them at all that day for the other museums. We simply showed our digital pass at all of the other locations and we were fine to enter. However, the Johnny cash museum was our last stop and we were tired from walking but was so excited to see the Johnny cash museum. When we entered I showed my digital pass to the lady behind the counter and she looked completely confused. She said I’m not sure about this. So I explained what it was a fun pass and told her that we had used the digital passes at 4 or 5 other locations and we had no problems. She left to go get someone upstairs. They finally came back to the register and I showed the man my digital pass. He said no you need to print it. I simply said is there anyway that I could email it to you and then you print here it in your office and they both said no they can’t. I felt they were very cold and were just trying to get rid of me. They just looked at me and I said you do realize that I am a tourist and don’t live here and I bought these passes online. They said sorry they must be printed. I asked where can I go and print them and they said probably a library or a hotel. We did not have time to go find a library and had no car and no time to get the passes printed and return back to the museum before it closed. So we lost our money on that one. ( 2 admissions) We paid ahead of time to get into the museum but they did not let us in without a printed pass and would not assist with helping me get the prepaid passes printed!

The Trolley didn't stop at all of the places listed for the Nashville Fun Pass. You need a car or other kinds of transportation that you have to pay for yourself to get to the Madame Wax Museum and the Distillery. I was not able to use these two vouchers. I should be reimbursed for these two items.

The museums were great but the trolley tour guide was terrible. Talked so fast he was hard to understand and he said “alright” every other sentence and “so cool” repetitively.

Savings wasn’t so much that you shouldn’t book them as you need them. We didn’t end up using two of the three booked passes because things were so packed or busy. The old town trolley was a five out of 10 not because the tour wasn’t nice. Because the guide would not stop talking about himself, his degree, his family, and Just would briefly mention things we are passing. Some of the very big historical things that were very obvious after we went by. Also, if the trolley was full, you had to wait for the next one and although the weight isn’t long, it still was somewhat annoying. Of the things we booked the best thing we saw was the Johnny Cash Museum however, it was extremely crowded. And we had to wait in line to get in about 45 minutes.
