Sliding and splashing, the kids will love the supervised large swimming pool with hydro slide and the family can also enjoy two Rachel Spring alkaline mineral hot pools. Stay as long as you'd like while the kids enjoy themselves.
There is one large freshwater chlorinated swimming pool gently heated to 33°C, which contains a toddlers section one one side, with a deeper section for bigger children. There is also a cool small hydro slide! The two Rachel Spring alkaline mineral hot pools 37°C and 40°C at the top of the area are perfect for adults to enjoy while the kids splash in the bigger pool.
Admission is for the day of booking, and is not limited to a particular time of the day, with unlimited bathing time (on the day) ensures you’ll never feel rushed.

It was a fantastic way to end the day in the spa's and the kids having a swim in the family pool. Definitely will be our every stop when we visit again.

We preferred the deluxe side but the swimpool in the family area was good too. Cool rain on the face and hot spring on the body is heavenly. The warm loungers in the deluxe area finished a lovely day.

Well the spa was fine and relaxing but the service was very average and things felt very commercialised without any personal touch. We felt it was overpriced and there are better activities like hells gate offering a way better experience in Rotorua.
