A very bad experience. I bought 4 attractions in Bangkok and enjoyed 3 of them. One of the tuk-tuk activities was recorded as being participated in 3 times only once. and told me that I had run out. I reported this to customer service, but they only kept repeating it until I finished using it. 3 charges cost 84 US dollars, 4 charges cost 119 US dollars, a loss of 35 US dollars, so I don’t want to give it a star. Dishonest company.

I absolutely do not recommend buying subscriptions here. My husband and I bought 2 subscriptions for 4 events. We booked one and attended it. To our surprise, later that evening, 2 events were deducted from each subscription. I'll clarify - we didn't book or attend the second event. We contacted the organizers, they acknowledged it was their mistake and promised to correct it. A few days later, a duplicate event visit was added. As a result, 3 visits were deducted from each account. We only booked and attended one. Everyone acknowledges that it's their mistake, but it's only getting worse. In the end, the cost for attending one event was deducted 3 times. Be careful, it's better to buy events separately.

I bought 3 choices pass went to Damnoensadual and Maeklong railway market a lot of tourists there but tour guide very informative. Then visited King Power Skywalk and riding on Tuk Tuk hop... Big fun on Tuk Tuk and great way to explore Bangkok oldtown.

I bought the Bangkok 5 choice Explorer pass and used it at attractions including Lets Relax Spa, Nara Thai, Costume rental, Meridien Cruise and more.
This pass was extremely easy to use, gave me the flexibility to choose which day and time I wanted to go. I didn't need to pre plan as the explorer pass gives me the flexibility to use my pass over 60 days.
I saved over 45% with the pass and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Bangkok.

I was in Bangkok for a business trip and used a 3-choice Pass to visit three attractions and it was well-worth it.
I've been to Bangkok a few times but never visited King Mahanakhon Skywalk. It was convenient located next to the subway. Out of my expectation, the deck was very busy, perhaps because I visited during the sunset time. The sunset was breathtaking.
I also used the pass for Thai massage. We booked by email and received a confirmation very quickly. The massage was 90 mins and it was very relaxing.
I loved how the pass also includes some food options as most other passes I've used before doesn't include any meals. I went to Nara and there were a few set meals for you to choose. The set meal was delicious and we left very satisfied.
The usage of the pass was very smooth. The price was cheap and it was well worth buying the pass compared to visiting these places without the pass. I am definitely going to buy another one next time I go to Bangkok as there are other things I want to do on the pass if I have more time.

I actually thought the pass was a good deal and was going to submit a positive review until we came home to the unfortunate surprise that we were charged for an activity for which we presented our passes and both GoCity and the merchant refuse to do anything about it. Also note that we all walked away with bruises from the Thai massage we had using the pass.

One of the worst travel purchases I've made. The cooking class had no instruction and was very rushed with little cooking. One of the attractions listed refused to take the pass saying they don't use. The 3rd said they were not informed of our reservation change made on Go City App.
