The "included" attractions are worth the time. Very difficult to use the App. Thought it was a complete waste of money.

Well worth it if you have enough time to do several of the attractions. We didn’t have any trouble with any of the attractions. Except for the scavenger hunt. It was misleading. There is no guide that meets you.

This was a great deal if you plan it wisely. We did one day pass, and saw WWII museum (a bit rushed based on our schedule but excellent), Mardis Gras World (fun and interesting), Creole Queen (excellent history cruise), and dinner at MRB. Pass worked great and saved $.

Talking with customer service was very challenging. I was told multiple times, by all the agents I spoke with, that I needed to allow 24-48 hours for the situation to resolve. This is not feasible when actively on vacation. I can not place my trip on hold for 2 days and then resume again when it is convenient for the Go City Pass to start working again. Also, even though I tried multiple times to convey that it makes no sense that a 2-day consecutive pass could be used on 14 December and then not again until 27 December, the customer service agents were not willing to work with me. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that the manager would say the same thing. When I further asked to speak with a manager, I was told they would have to call me back in 2 to 4 hours. At the time of this email, it has been 16+ hours, and I have not received any sort of communication.

Bought this last-minute. Was a little disappointed to find nearly all reservations had to be made by phone and not online but was able to get on a ghost tour, boat tour, and went to lunch. We had fun at each place and found a lot of value on it. If you can plan ahead a little more you could probably get a ton of value out of it.

We bought the 2 day pass and were pleased with the amount of tourist sites that it covered. It was enough to fill the two days but most of the places require advanced booking. There are some places that you cannot book more than one tour a day with them because of some restriction that isn't disclosed from Go City. Besides that, it was well worth the cost and made for a great visit to New Orleans!
