This is one of the worst city passes I have ever bought. I bought it for 2 days, paying around 110 euros per person. Although it covers 60+ attractions, it has many issues. I am a believer in buying city passes if I am going for a vacation of 2+ days. I have bought both cheaper and more expensive passes than the Stockholm pass, which were much better. 1. Technology is poorly integrated. Even though you have a digital pass on your mobile with a QR code, you still need to stand in line at some places (e.g., all the boat rides) and ask the person at the kiosk to give you a ticket by scanning your pass. Then, someone else will scan your ticket before you get on (for example, before getting inside the boat). It should have been a single step to scan the pass before getting inside the boat, and people should board the boats on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Although the pass claims to cover the Archipelago ride, it was a hassle. You can use your Go City pass for the Archipelago ride only for the boat departing at 12 in the afternoon every day. You cannot use this pass for any other Archipelago ride boats at different times of the day. The person at the kiosk told me that you have to come at 9:30 am the same day to convert your pass to tickets, as she could not guarantee a seat if you arrive later. 3. The pass says it covers Skansen Open Air Museum. So, it should include everything there, but no, it does not cover the funicular railway in Skansen or the Exotic Aquarium. 4. This pass does not cover one of the most popular museums in Stockholm—the ABBA Museum. 5. It also did not cover experiences like the Ocean Bus. We enjoyed this experience more than the boat ride itself. City passes are usually designed to help travelers save money. In my opinion, I wasted my money after buying this pass. If you are staying more than 3 to 4 days in Stockholm, only then consider buying this pass. At least then, you might save some money

The Go City card is by "day", not by 24 or 48 hours. Let me explain. Its website says "if you don't visit your first attraction until 5PM, that will still count as a full ‘day 1’". So if you have a "2 day card" and activate the card at 5PM the first day, your card will expire at midnight the next day. However, most other travel passes such as Copenhagen Card and Oslo Pass are by "hours", not by "days". So if you have a "48 hour card" and activate the card at 5PM the first day, your card won't expire until 5PM on the 3rd day. See the difference? You have almost an extra day for the 48 hour card. Unless the Go City card changes their "day" to "hour", it really doesn't work for my travel plans.

Good deal for the pass except we still have to pat for the ABBA Museum. Should have some discount for ABBA Museum if not included in the Go City Pass.

The Go City card is very interesting. You can do a lot, not only museum but also other attractions. With the card it's easy to save money. One little remarque: the days are telling not the hours that the card is available. When you activate the card in de afternoon, that is your first day.

There were lots of activities to choose from. The app showed those that did not run in the winter - about half. It would have been good if this was reflected in the price. We still got good value out if the card - just. I probably should have just got a 1 day pass as we spent a long time at 2 attractions on the second day, so it was only just worth the cost of the card. Our only annoyance with the card was that it was not clear that the Hop on Hop off bus only runs on Saturdays and Sundays at the winter so we could not use it at all. Also the bus only ran 10am-5pm, and most of the museums open at 10. So the bus was an interesting tour of the city instead of a useful way to get around.

I have read a few mixed reviews so bought the pass with some trepidation but I needn’t have worried. We only used the pass for venues and not for any transportation and it was perfect. We didn’t have any issues with any visits and was great value if you cram plenty of things in. That worked well for us as we generally like to visit plenty of different sites and not spend hours in each one.

We purchased a 2 day city pass for 5 pax. It was no issue issuing it, Stromma bus and boat staff are very friendly and helpful. The map we got from them helps to point out attractions with free entry we want to visit and only one we paid for was the Abba museum. The City Sightseeing Stockholm hop on hop off has good mobile wireless connection. The audio guide on board gives information about the places, islands, and sights we passed along the route. !!! It was well worth using the Go City Pass !!!
