Our tour guide Martin ( he’s Danish and relocated to Iceland) was SUPERB!
His knowledge made every sight come to life… we were given information prior to arriving and along at the ride.
I snd my 12 year old daughter felt like geologists at the end of the tour. I learnt so much about the different kinds of volcanoes and so much more.
I absolutely loved this tour and Martin made the tour exceptional with his knowledge.

Good trip overall! You get a good amount of time at each stop and overall a good way to see many sights in a short period of time. Guide was fun and had a nice balance in sharing info and letting you take in the sights.

Martin is friendly and informative. He has given bonus stops which are not included in the itinerary. I would recommend this trip to anyone who only has half day to explore Iceland’s natural wonders.

Lovely afternoon in such a staggeringly beautiful island. Lilly was a fab guide and awesome driver (snowy roads were nothing to her!) shame some folk couldn't keep to the times so meant we had to snip bits off time at some locations to make it up.

Our tour guide Kasper (potentially Casper) was brilliant, very enthusiastic, friendly and funny. He definitely made the trip more enjoyable with fun facts, humour and great music taste which was needed due to the poor weather. The sights were amazing and definitely worth seeing. Thankyou Kasper hope I spelt your name correctly.

My second time doing a tour with Arctic Adventures and probably not the last. I really like the small group tours. We had 16 people on a mini bus and it was perfect. Our guide Mitch was fantastic. Lots of great stories, explanations, and also gave us some "free" time without commentary to allow us to just stare out the window at the beautiful scenery. The day was quite cold and windy at most of the stops, but you forget all about that when you see the magical sights. Dress warmly with plenty of layers and you'll be fine.
Most stops have bathrooms and places to buy snacks. If you're the last one to get picked up, like me, you might wait at your stop for a while, but still got plenty of time on the tour, not rushed at all, and arrived back a little later than planned so as not to cut any stops short.
The crater walk was incredible, and so were the views at Thingvellir National Park. I was worried about booking a 6 hour tour in case it was rushed, but there was enough time at each stop for what you needed, and it was great for those with only a short amount of time here.
Can't wait for my next Arctic Adventures tour, all the guides seem so friendly and helpful and have so many great tips and ideas even for the rest of your stay. Mitch spent a lot of time sharing his favorite places to eat and drink, as well as walking everyone through downloading and using the northern lights apps so we could track them while we're visiting Iceland.
