You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time to check in for your tour.

Absolutely stunning view in the helicopter, but the sunset Humvee drive was truly memorable. Absolutely stunning.

The views were amazing. The staff was very informative and helpful in getting us ready before our flight! The building was clean. Helicopter was clean and the pilot was very nice. Music that was played during our flight was excellent!

It was a spectacular way to see the Grand Canyon!! Our pilot, Billy, was a good tour guide and gave us lists of information about the canyon as we flew around, in and over it. He was an excellent pilot too which gave us great comfort. Flying over the flat tree filled plains over the edge of the canyon was breathtaking!!

An incredible experience! The views were stunning. There was a short narration track in the beginning, and then our pilot narrated the rest. Despite being across the back row we still had great views. We were booked to do the sunset hummer tour after this. The heli flight was 3-3.45, then they directed us to Buck Wild hummer tours about 5 mins away. This left at 4.45 so we had a bit of time to look around. Despite our ticket saying '2hr sunset hummer tour' it was a 3 hr trip. We had a great time, our 10 year olds enjoyed it too. You head out to the east, and stop at a few lookouts. The tour guide gives interesting info and takes photos at each point. Then you head through the GC village. We'd already been through that morning ourselves, but it was interesting to go through with commentary. You finish up at Yavapai for the sunset - absolutely amazing. A really special experience. It gets chilly so take a jacket! They offer free bottles of water along the way. A few of the lookouts have toilets. There's coffee available at the Buck Wild HQ.

Helicopter ride was average. Expected more, I have had 2 other flights and they were better.
Hummer ride was okay as well. Didn’t see anything new that couldn’t be seen from a car. Jerry the driver/guide was exceptional.

The Helicopter Ride was good.. The rest of the experience not so due to wins it was canceled some of 45-minute flight to a 25-minute flight. The flight was late due to mechanical issues. When asked about a refund I was told I had to go through the provider. I booked the trip through. When the provider reached out to the helicopter company they told them that nothing had happened. Very disappointed.

An aerial view from a helicopter is by far the most thrilling and breathtaking way to see the true majesty of The Grand Canyon. This was a bucket list item for my wife and I, and Papillion Helicopters made this tour most enjoyable. Our pilot, Kalon, was very professional, entertaining, and just made this tour exceptional. This 45 minute helicopter tour, in our opinion, is well worth the cost. I wholeheartedly recommend taking this tour if you really want to see the Grand Canyon in all its glory.
