We really enjoyed our rafting trip. It was a perfect blend of thrilling rapids, but not too challenging. We would recommend it for people of all ages. Our guides, drivers and all involved were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Also, the scenery you will encounter during the ride is absolutely stunning. We highly recommend Viator's Grand Canyon white water rafting trip!

We took the river rafting trip for my husband's 60th birthday. We had so much fun! The rapids were amazing! We were soaked from the get-go and couldn't stop laughing. Jeff picked us up early at our Vegas hotel. He supplied pillows so we napped until we stopped for a nice breakfast at Black Bear Diner. Then, onto the Hualapai lodge to catch the River Runner's bus. It was quite the ride down into the Canyon on a bumpy gravel road. Beautiful drive with a few stops for photos that were narrated by the driver. We were on the water from 9:30-3:30 with a stop at the Falls and for lunch. Our guides, Elias and John, were great and very knowledgeable about the Canyon's history. There is so much visually to take in. The geography is breathtaking. We were exhausted at the end from all the fresh air and waves! We slept on the way back and arrived at our hotel around 6pm. What a great way to celebrate a birthday! Sit back and hold on tight, you're in for an awesome ride!

It was an amazing experience. The rapids were great and the views of the canyon were one of the best experiences I've had. Dale, our guide, did a great job explaining some of the geography and rapids of the canyon and told many interesting stories about the Hualapai native people which added another great element to the trip.

Guano point, pontoon boat were great. Did not like skywalk. It’s a lot of hype and long waiting. Would have preferred spending more time at Guano. Felt rushed. Airplane started 1/2 hour later than stated even though we were all checked in. Return trip departure was late also even though we were all there. Better organization needed

We left our Las Vegas hotel with Ron, who provided a comfortable drive and offered assistance with boarding, with refreshments, and a stop at a diner to gather our energy for the long day ahead. Upon our arrival at the Hualapai Indian community rafting headquarters in Peach Springs, we purchased rain ponchos due to the chilly weather that Hurricane Hilary left behind. Our white water rafting guide, LR, provided a thrilling ride along the class 3-6 rapids. We climbed three layers of rock hills to a refreshing cave waterfall with assistance from our local guides and opportunities for water and snacks. Near the end of the tour, we stopped for a quick picnic lunch and chatted with other travelers. The Grand Canyon White Water Motorized Rafting Trip offered by the Hualapai Indian community was Spectacular!!! The nature of extreme weather is problematic; therefore, sun gear and shoe protection is highly recommended.

My husband and I were looking for an adventure tour while in Las Vegas. Boy did we find one. This was a great excursion. I was initially worried about the 4am pick up but our driver Ron was fabulous. We got to catch some sleep on the way to Peach Springs and we stopped for breakfast along the way. When we arrived at Hualapai reservation-everyone was so friendly. We boarded a bus and went on our first adventure ride down to the river. Our raft guide Kyle was so nice. He made sure we all felt safe while having an absolute blast. It was a terrific day. I absolutely loved it and would go again next year. This is a definite must do trip.

From the minute that Ron picked us up at the hotel, I knew that this was going to be an amazing trip. Never mind that it was 4:00 am and we were tired from the night before. Ron thoughtfully provided us with pillows and let us know that we could nap until we stopped for breakfast. We had a wonderful breakfast at Denny's (don't scoff....it was the best one I've ever been too, the food was great!). Once we woke up after our bellies were full, Ron gave us little bits and pieces of history until we got to the reservation lodge and met the rest of the group. I swear, our boat had the best of the group on it. They were all so adventurous, fun, and inquisitive. Our guide Dale, made sure that we enjoyed every minute of the trip. After SO MUCH FUN through part of the rapids, we stopped at the falls and walked/climbed up to the top, where there was a surprise second waterfall inside a cave. I could live there forever, it was so beautiful. We continued on, through some more rapids, which Dale made sure that we took full advantage of (one of them, he took us through twice). We then stopped for lunch at a litte beach, where some of the group took a swim. I've seen comments where people complain about the food... but what the heck? We're in the middle of a river in a canyon, there's no way to do anyhthing better than what we had - a sub sandwich (by the way was better than what I make), chips, veggies, soda or water (or both). Honestly, we enjoyed it! We continued on and then when it got too hot, we took a bit of a dip in the river (we floated along for about 1 - 1 1/2 miles). Very refreshing. We got back in the boat and floated the rest of the way, just taking in the breath-taking scenery and just thinking about the way the canyons were formed, what life must have been back when there was so much more water around, and seeing different carvings and etchings in the rock that made you wonder if those were really made by nature or if someone carved them. We saw letters, figures, an upsidedown triangle, what looked like a ship, all sorts of things in the sides of the canyon that made you wonder whether they were natural or man-made....We got back to the end point (very sad to be at the end...) and were greeted by Ron again who drove us back to the strip. Along the way he drove by the Hoover Dam, and we had a stop at a park that had Billy Goats that come down from the hills to graze during the day. There was a beautiful view of Lake Mead from the park. Ron was awesome, made sure that we were well hydrated and gave us fatherly advice about sunscreen before we started (we are fair-skinned). He was AWESOME!!! The trip couldn't have been better, we will definitely do it again!

The experience was great, with the exciting rapid followed by the scenic views from the waterfall hike and the peaceful ride out of the canyon. While it was an early start at 4:00am the driver was great turning up with pillows and a wonderful breakfast at Dennys.

I booked this tour several months in advance. The advertised tour was for transportation from Las Vegas to The Colorado river, white water rafting adventure on the Colorado River, and a short helicopter ride out of the canyon. The cost was $649. I booked and paid in full. When I arrived, I was told there is no helicopter available that day. the liability paperwork I filled out stated $99 would be refunded if the helicopter ride out was not available that day. After the tour, I contacted Lets Go Grand Canyon Tours about the refund, I was called names and hung up on. Safe yourself the time and aggravation of being charged for services not delivered. The company they drop you off at for the white water rafting is HUALAPAI RIVER RUNNERS. Book the river rafting adventure directly with them for $399. The transport driver was great! The HUALAPAI RIVER RUNNERS guides were absolutely fantastic! Lets GO Grand Canyon Tours company is a fraud! All this happened in September 2022. The owner of Lets GO Grand Canyon Tours said the helicopter rides still be listed on the website was a mistake, they stopped offering it 1+ years ago. It has been 3 months and the helicopter ride out is STILL listed on his website as part of this package.
