Even if you aren't a huge country music fan, the history and fantastic intro to the Opry by Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood makes this a memorable outing. Beautiful building, history and great tour of the backstage area. Getting to stand on the stage was a wonderful experience.

A slick tour but boring unless you are a full- blooded country music aficionado who knows what the heck is going on... am sure going to a show would be way more fun.. of if like me you know nothing about country music, go to the museum first, then come here.

Tour was very hurried. The best part was the movie at the beginning of the tour and the movie in the back of the theater. It seemed like there was alot of history that could have been brought up pertaining to quite a bit of artwork/photographs on the walls. Just seemed like a money grab.

I was disappointed in this tour. I expected more descriptions/facts. The beginning movie was the best part. We were hurried through hallways/rooms that had pictures on the walls that I am sure had some stories behind them but not once did they mention anything about the pictures. I had to take a lot of pictures to look at them later since it was very rushed. We took the trolley tour (hop on/hop off) and would recommend that before this tour. Lot of facts and history shared on that tour- not on this one.

We booked our tour through Trip Advisor and it was so easy. When you get the email remember you need to go to the Box office to get your actual ticket before going on the tour. The tour itself was really good. You start out watching a hologram video of Garth & Trisha explaining in general about the Opry then you get to see the different dressing rooms, the sound stage where Hee Haw was made, artist plaques and mail boxes along with be able to stand on the Opry Stage and actual "circle". They offer to take your photo while standing in the circle, however, we just took a selfie which was fine. The tour guide was very informative too. If you are a Country music fan, this is a must see.

Going back stage and seeing all the dressing rooms that the famous artists used. Also, going on stage and standing in the same circle as they did.

The tour was very informative. We had a great guide. I would recommend this tour. If you're staying near Broadway it's a short 15 minute drive.
