Grindelwald has become a major tourist destination of both Switzerland and the Alps since the golden age of alpinism in the 19th century. It is notably overlooked by the section of the Bernese Alps.
You can enjoy a walk along the main street during our stop in Grindelwald.

The cogwheel train from Grindelwald climbs to Kleine Scheidegg in 40 minutes. The view of the north face of the Eiger, the village of Grindelwald and the surrounding mountain landscape are unique.

The Kleine Scheidegg is a mountain pass at 2,061 m altitude, located below and between the Eiger and Lauberhorn peaks. There are also several restaurants and hotels at the top of the pass.
Enjoy 2 hours of free time here to explore or have lunch.

While travelling to Lauterbrunnen on the cogwheel train, we stop at the car-free village of Wengen for a walk around.

A stop at Lauterbrunnen gives you a view to the village, the Staubbach waterfall and the nearly overhanging wall of the Lauterbrunnen rock. Take your time to walk through this known village.

Awesome tour! This tour covered most of what we were wanting to see and do from Interlaken. My husband and I want to especially thank Ueli. He was a wonderful guide! He provided great details and did not hesitate to answer any questions. Ueli, thank you for such an amazing day! It made us fell in love with Switzerland even more! Wonderful tour. Our local guide was knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining. Landscape spectacular. This was a once in a lifetime experience that we will not forget and we highly recommend to everybody staying in Interlaken.

Made it to Grindelwald, to Wengen and to Lauterbrunnen in one day! It was outstanding and worth every single cent! . We have seen so many things and the Jungfrau mountain on stunning views - it was just breathtaking. Tourguide was fabulous the entire day long!
For me the absolute perfect alternate to the crowded Jungfraujoch!
