The school and its wonderful staff members made mi feel at home and I felt I was part of the family right from the first moment. Highly professional tutors that care for students individual needs as well as , assistance with organising trips to the surrounding tourist attractions of Quito. I would highly recommend this school for any future Spanish student.

I was doing a round trip of south america, and started with a month of Spanish at ISE. I was a complete beginner at the start, and after 4 weeks (80 hours of spanish) I was able to have a polite conversation with taxidrivers. It made the rest of my trip in south america alot easier than i would have been without the classes! Very competent teachers! The school even helped plan weekend trips to Cotopaxi, Quilotoa, Mindo and Otovalo among others. It was easy planing, and always some student from school to go with.

I had a great week in Quito! The teachers in ISE school were great and I learned a lot. Also they gave many advices that helped a lot on my stay in Quito. I stayed at the student residence which is hosted by Valeria. She is a great host! She cared a lot, the food was great and she helped a lot, if I needed it. The room was clean and big and it's near to ISE. You walk 20 minutes. Thank you a lot for the great time, the talks and practicing Spanish at your place, Valeria! It was a pleasure!

Very nice school in the centre if Quito with very competent teachers and a nice team. It was a very intensive week and I learnt a lot in only 5 days.

I really enjoyed my Spanish class. The teacher addressed all my questions and helped me gained more confidence to speak in Spanish. Time went by quickly as we talked about our interests as well as the Ecuadorian culture. In the breaks I also got to connect with the other students in the institute and went on a trip with them after class.

My Teacher „Tito“ was great, he explained everything slowly so everyone could follow him. Also the Rest was great, the Director „Eugenio“ is one of the nicest persons I met while travelling. In addition to that the activities after the school are absolutly nice. There you can meet new people and make friends.

Wat een fijne school! Het voelde echt als een grote familie en iedereen was welkom! Toen ik hier kwam kon ik nog geen woord Spaans. Na twee weken kan ik de grammatica dromen en kan ik al een klein beetje spreken. Nu veel oefenen, zodat ik ook wat meer woorden kan gaan onthouden en wat vloeiender kan gaan spreken. Ik wil de school super erg bedanken voor alles! Ook raad ik de woensdag excursie naar de Amazone en hot springs zeker aan!!

Ich hatte schon ein wenig Vorkenntnisse und konnte diese während meiner 3 Wochen in der Sprachschule auffrischen und natürlich auch Neues lernen. Meine Klasse bestand aus wechselnden 2-5 Studenten unterschiedlicher Nationalitäten und mit gemischtem Alter (19 bis 41). Der Unterricht wurde an unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Circa die Hälfte der Zeit haben wir mit Gramatikthemen verbracht, die andere Hälfte mit Gesprächen über Themen unserer Wahl, zum Beispiel über Feste in Ecuador oder Reisepläne oder -tips. Zum Unterricht gehörte unter anderem auch ein Ausflug zum nächstgelegenen Markt um die lokalen Früchte und Gemüse kennenzulernen. Jede Woche hatte ich einen neuen Lehrer mit einem anderen Stil, was für Abwechslung sorgte. Trotzdem haben wir reibungslos auf einander aufbauend die Gramatikthemen bearbeitet. In der Pause stellte die Schule Kaffee und Teilchen bereit und es war möglich die anderen Studenten im Pausenraum kennenlernen und sich für den Nachmittags verabreden. Die Schule hat Ausflüge organisiert, nach Salsastunden und Kochkursen mussten wir aber eigeninitiativ fragen. Wenn es ein Problem gab, konnten wir uns immer an das Personal werden, egal ob es um die Schule oder etwas anderes ging. Ich konnte am Ende sogar einfach so noch ein paar Tage länger am Unterricht teilnehmen und somit krankheitsbedingt versäumte Stunden nachholen. Ich war in einer Gastfamilie bei Valeria untergebracht. Dort habe ich micht total gut aufgenommen und eingeschlossen gefühlt. Beim gemeinsamen Frühstücken und Abendessen haben wir uns immer gut unterhalten. Unabhängig vom Sprachniveau konnte so jeder seine Spanischkenntnisse in angenehmer Atmosphäre ausbauen. Themen waren unter anderem ecuadorianische Kultur, Küche, Politik und Geschichte sowie Hobbys, Reisen, Filme u.v.m.. Für mich war es ein Erfolgserlebnis, wenn ich das gelernte anwenden konnte und es mir immer immer leichter fiel von meinem Tag, meinem Wochenende oder meinem Leben und meinen Plänen zu erzählen. Valeria ist außerdem ein super Koch und bereitete täglich frisch traditionelle Gerichte für uns zu. Mein Zimmer hatte eine angemessene Größe und war wie die Gemeinschaftsräume stets sehr sauber. Als ich einmal krank wurde, hat Valeria sich herzlich um mich gekümmert und mich ins Krankenhaus begleitet. Auch gab es oft eine Möglichkeit in der Freizeit etwas mit ihr zu unternehmen und zum Beispiel an einer traditionellen Taufe teilzunehmen.

L’école d’espagnol est très bonne. Les professeurs et le directeur sont tous bienveillants, l’organisation est bonne. Nous avions des cours en groupe et l’école faisait en sorte que les groupes ne dépassent pas 4-5 personnes. L’école offre également la possibilité de dormir chez l’habitant. Nous étions dans la maison de Valeria. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont inclus, et Valeria s’arrange toujours pour faire des plats typiques, variés et surtout très bons. La maison est confortable, il y a quelques livres, on peut utiliser la cuisine le midi,… tout est très bien. Il y a également quelques Équatoriens qui louent des chambres dans la maison. Ils sont très sympas, cela permet de pratiquer l’espagnol et de découvrir la culture locale.

Beste Sprachschulen die ich je besucht habe. Das Umfeld ist sehr familiär und dennoch professionell. Wir haben in nur zwei Wochen recht gut Spanisch gelernt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Lehrer sowie der Direktor kümmern sich mit ganzem Herzen um die Fragen und Anliegen der Studenten. Einfach und unkompliziert! Zudem lernten wir viele neue Leute kennen und konnten sehr einfach Kontakte knüpfen. Wir empfehlen die Schule zu 100%!
