The best part is the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. This is a great place to visit, it is well maintained and the views are great. Definitely one of the more exciting things to see in Vancouver. I didn't care much for Grouse Mountain besides seeing bears up close. The lift is not that exciting and unless you are really an outdoorsy person, the mountain itself is okay. The salmon hatchery was a cool addition, but it's only about a 10 min walkthrough. Overall, it's great if you need a one-stop-shop and transportation. But if you can do it yourself, then you can just pick the best parts and do it for cheaper.

I took the tour organized by TripAdvisor/viator and I enjoyed the trip. Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I had been so psyched, and even a bit intimidated about taking the suspension bridge, but it was more hype and was not scary at all. Sure, it swayed a bit when there were a lot of people, but it was easily doable. Someone had said it was the longest suspension bridge in the world, but heck, no I heard that one was in Bohemia and was half a mile long. Grouse mountain was also nice, but I have to add that all these places were much less fabulous than I had expected. I guess when you have traveled the world you cannot be that easily impressed. Anyway, I did enjoy my trip and thankful I was able to do it.

The suspension bridge was way too crowded, people just randomly stop walking to have their photo sessions without regard of people standing right behind them on a swaying bridge. Grouse mountain was ok, not much to do. It’s an ok excursion if you need something to do in Vancouver.

We were picked up at our hotel on time. The guide was knowledgeable and very friendly. We had plenty of time to explore Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mtn. And also had time to visit the Capilano River Facility (hatchery).
