I had a great time hiking in the Rockies with Lauren! It was a small group of people from all over the world. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The hike was exhilarating, it made me want to do this more often. It was very windy and a little cold (early May) so dress in layers, with hats/gloves/hand-warmers if you typically need them on say a run. But Lauren was a great guide, well-paced, educational and helped to take photos too. It was so fun, and I would definitely do it again!

Never truly doing a wintery conditions hike before, I didn’t know what to expect. I’m not an avid hiker so this intensity and distance was perfect. The mountains were beautiful and the trekking along the way was serene. I come the Midwest flatlands so the terrain was a far stretch from what I’m accustomed to. Our tour guide Andrew was great. Super knowledgeable and just had a great and easy going personality. And I was so grateful for the complimentary spikes he let us borrow. It helped me feel very secure traversing over some of the patches or ice. Definitely will recommend to friends.
