Upon your arrival you will find an impressive exhibition of photographs in the car park, a space designed by Stefano Robotti.
We will start the itinerary at the Greenhouse that combines different spaces and includes an artisanal oil mill, projection room, gastronomic bar, tasting room and two terraces. To begin the visit, a five-minute video will be shown explaining the history and origin of olive oil, as well as the production process.
We continue with the tour between olive groves and organic vineyards during which we will find several surprises from Philippe Starck.
We will finish the tour with a tasting of organic olive oil from the different varieties of olives.

This was an interesting and enjoyable change of activity from the standard tourist destinations. It's only possible to get there by Taxi (€18 each way) or self drive as there is no public transport service. The staff were very friendly and efficient with their attitude and presentation. There was a short video followed by a walk around the various close olive groves. The guide stopped to explain the growing methods and production processes as we reached each point of interest and answered questions from the visitors. At the end of the tour there is a tasting opportunity. This was carried out by the tour guide with explanations about each oil we tried, similar to a wine tasting, and how it could be used. There is the opportunity to purchase drinks and food there as they have an outdoor veranda and restaurant area. There is a new restaurant/production/presentation building under construction within the grounds that they are excited to open to the public in the coming months.
I would say I didn't feel it was suitable for someone with accessibility issues or a slow walker as we were encouraged to keep up with the group to hear the explanations and the paths were up and down slopes of rough gravel. Overall a very interesting, informative hour of something very different from the expected to see in Ronda.

It was a very windy day, but we enjoyed walking around the orchard, learning about olive trees, how they maintain the orchard, and how olive oil is made. The tasting included 3-4 different kinds of olive oil, both with and without bread. It was interesting to taste the difference! Great view of the valley and mountain range, too.

The grounds and facilities at LA Organic are stunning! My family and I really loved the opportunity to tour and learn about olives and olive oil production. What a great opportunity! We took advantage of staying for lunch following the tour and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Had a delay, but the team at LA Organic were incredibly accommodating and gave us the option to arrive late or change our tour time. We saw the beautiful groves and learned the history of the site, the company and olive oil manufacture. Not to mention the opportunity to taste and buy some amazing olive oil as well as the other amazing range of products available in the shop! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience...

Really interesting place, fantastic olive oil. A great day trip while in the Andalusia. We went there because we wanted to taste great olive oil and see how it is made. We were not disappointed.

This tour was better than we expected. The property is beautiful with great views. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We learned alit about the various processes that can be used and how they affect the quality. The tasting of the extra virgin oils of varying intensity was eye opening. A great tour.
