The tour operator demonstrated a lack of reliability, significantly affecting my experience. Despite receiving an email the day before the scheduled tour, informing me of a change in the assigned guide, the situation got worst the day of the tour. The newly assigned guide failed to appear and was unresponsive to my attempts to contact them through calls. I advise caution when considering this tour operator for your vacation plans, as their unreliability could potentially compromise your travel experience.

Roman was an exceptional and engaging tour guide. We learned a great deal about the history of Avignon including it's occupancy by various popes during the 15th century. There was collaborative discussion with everyone in the group. I would highly recommend Roman for any future tour in France.
