Just do it. You won’t regret it. Use a jeep, drop the top and take in the majesty of the mountains. Add a driver, Dui, who took every bend with care to ensure a relaxed trip. Then add your own personal guide (we had the pleasure of Zaj) who had local knowledge and a lovely patient manner. Put it all together you will have a great experience.

I have loved the jeep tour of Ha Giang loop. I loved the whole experience. Enhanced by the brilliant tour guide Zaj and our driver DUy. Nothing was too much trouble and we learned a lot about the culture and traditions of the region which was a bonus 💚

The most amazing tour ever! So comfortable I’m the jeep but still see all of the views. The staff are amazing too. Hard working and nothing is too much. We had Zaj as a tour guide. He is a local to this land and his knowledge is amazing. He is also very passionate about bringing awareness to issues and the history of the local people. He is wonderful and kind - his kindness shines through. Duy was our driver, he was fantastic driving. He got us safely from A to B without a hitch! He knows the jeeps well and can tell you anything about them too! Lastly, Khan the boss is engaging and he treats his staff well. All in all a lovely company, but really recommend Zaj as a tour guide! And Duy as a driver - nothing was too much. We had a great time ❤️ We learnt so much, felt comfortable the whole time and met some wonderful people from the sub ethic groups here. Really off the beaten track! Zaj also guided us up a mountain - somewhere a lot of tourists don’t go!

Really can't recommend this tour enough for doing the loop. The jeeps are really comfortable and the driver was great (we had Dui, he was so nice). We had Zaj as a tour guide and he did amazingly, his local knowledge of the area, the people and the cultures really added another dimension to the trip and he's just such a lovely guy!

This is an honest review with no bribing (I feel that I need to say that as other companies seem to bribe people with alcohol!!) 28yr Female (UK) - went on tour as a couple We had a really great time on our jeep tour with Thanh (guide) and Duy (driver). I am really pleased we got the jeep as we were able to enjoy the views instead of worrying about being on a motorbike. The views were insanely beautiful and the care and consideration shown from Thanh and Duy was exceptional - honestly I felt like we were treated like family and they are truly assets to their company. I was nervous about going on the motorbike tours since some people have accidents. For anyone nervous I can confirm that this jeep car tour is really really safe. The roads were 98% all tarmac with safety bollards and those that were not tarmac were not unsafe just bumpy. Thanh was always so enthusiastic and smiley and would answer all my endless questions. For example I wanted to climb up a small rocky mountain to get a picture and he climbed ahead to show me the safest route and stayed with me every step of the way. Also when we went out at night (we chose to meet up with the other motorbike tour groups that were part of the company) Thanh and Duy came with us to make sure we were safe and would stay out to make sure we got home ok. Our driver Duy is clearly really experienced with driving and especially with the type of vehicle (old army jeep style) - apparently he even worked doing driving in the army before so you couldn’t ask for a more experienced driver!! Duy was always very considerate and I found it lovely that he would walk ahead or get out quickly once we had stopped the car to open the door for me. Even though he didn’t speak English, he always checked we were comfortable in the car and made sure that when we walked home one night we were safe from any stray dogs. The tour itinerary was good and we were always reminded the night before of what we were doing the next day. Essentially the tour is driving around absorbing the beautiful views, stopping at the viewpoint cafes ,and seeing the culture of the ethic communities that live there. As we were on the private jeep tour we did also get some flexibility and could ask to stop in places. We went to some waterfalls that you could swim at, a historical old house, the weekly market that luckily was on when we were there, and we chose to do a walk on a little lane to see some of the houses up close. This tour is especially good for those who love seeing the views without the dangers of motorbikes and for those who love to ask questions and understand more about culture as you can speak 1-to-1 with the tour guide whenever. The food was very good. I am vegetarian and had no issues at all as there was always rice, vegetables and spring rolls. I would say the accommodation on the first night was ok/good and on the second night it was excellent with a private cabin and a really large pool for guests. Only two things are: This is described as 3 days when really it is 2.5days The company tour description on trip adviser didn’t mention swimming costume so we had to swim in our clothes.

We went on the 3 day 2 night jeep tour with Duy (driver) and Thanh (tour guide) who were both lovely and made us feel very safe and welcome. Duy was a very safe and proficient driver, he was also extremely considerate despite the language barrier. Thanh was very clear throughout with what we were going to do and was happy to adjust the tour depending on our preferences. He was enthusiastic and kind at every moment and we felt very looked after. After reading reviews for other tours with staff getting blind drunk or clients being injured and not cared for properly we were apprehensive. Our tour went smoothly at every step and Thanh and Zuy were always present and keeping a professional eye on things. The tour itself is a similar route compared to the motorbike tours but has more opportunity to go to quieter places and meet some of the ethnic groups in Ha Giang if that's what you want. You get all the amazing views and more with less of the tourists! The accommodation was really comfortable (actually better than most places we've stayed in the past), and the food though similar each day was delicious and kept us well fuelled. Overall a really great tour experience and would definitely recommend to anyone I know. The only slight negative is that the TripAdvisor description didn't include that there would be opportunities to swim in the pools at the waterfalls and one of the accommodations, so we hadn't brought a swimsuit.

Best experience ever! We did the 3 day 2 night open air jeep tour and it was absolutely incredible. Nein our guide and Duy our driver were amazing - we felt so safe and well looked after for the entire trip. The jeep was so comfortable and so enjoyable to travel in. We were blown away by the scenery and got plenty of opportunities to stop at view points to take it all in. Neins knowledge of the loop was fantastic and it was so interesting to learn about the history. Could not recommend this tour enough, experience of a lifetime.
