Alex was a fantastic guide! He made sure everyone was safe in the streets. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Beatles and even took us to where Peaky Blinders was filmed. We were so happy to be on bikes and not on the taxi or bus tours. We lucked out and had fantastic weather.

After researching a few bus tours, we decided to do a Beatles bike tour to see the famous spots up close (St Peter’s Church, Eleanor Rigby’s grave, the art college…). It was a leisurely ride and we had plenty of stops to rest. We even had time to visit Strawberry Field and the gardens.
We were told the morning tours are typically more crowded, so we got lucky in the afternoon and didn’t run into any crowds while snapping photos! We took a ride along the Mersey at the end and watched the sun set above the river.
Cayl was a fantastic guide, telling us all about the Beatles and Liverpool history. We booked the 2:00pm tour the morning of and Cayl was more than accommodating to take us at last-minute notice. He also gave us recommendations to grab a pint/dinner afterwards (Baltic Fleet, Philharmonic, and Maray were excellent!)
Thanks for a wonderful tour of Liverpool!

Today we made the Beatles Ebike tour with LiverpoolCycle tours. The weather cooperated beautifully and we had a splendid ride through neighborhoods and parks to see the main highlights of Beatles life in Liverpool. Then topped off by a return ride along the Mersey River. Alex was our guide and Tom shepherded us at the back. I was smiling the entire morning. What a great way to see and experience the city and have knowledgeable, gracious guides/hosts share facts and history about the Fab 4. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone - great fun, great people running the show.
