Itinerary
Our half day and full day trips are great for beginner, intermediate, and advanced anglers! Half day trips are around 4 hours on the water, and 5 hours in total depending on what river is fishing the best. Full Day trips are 6 hours on the water and 7 hours in total.
Some of the rivers include the famous Snake River, the Green River, the Salt River, and Lewis Lake. All trips are conducted by floating in a Driftboat. If you are interested in Walk Wade options, please check out our Walk Wade Trip.

Ryan was an excellent guide. We all had good conversation and I enjoyed the time! We put a few fish in the boat but due to the time of year fishing was a bit slow.

Caleb was an amazing guide! He did a great job explaining all of the fishing techniques. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our favorite thing we did in Jackson Hole! Would highly recommend Wandering Angler!

As an experienced angler but not fly fisherman, the trip was so good that I now want to get into fly fishing. Our guide, Ryan was great. He consistently put us on fish. Numerous cutthroat trout and whitefish were caught. I would recommend this outfitter to anyone and suggest asking to have Ryan as your guide.

We had a fantastic time from the time we pulled up and met our guide in the parking lot until we returned back to our vehicle.
Our guide Caleb made our trip even better. I have fished and hunted many guided trips. Caleb was buy far the best guide I have ever had. This was my wife’s first fly fishing trip and Caleb immediately put her at ease and helped her to find her way with a fly rod. She was so comfortable after his guidance, that she smoked me fishing for Cutthroat.
You will not be disappointed using this company. They are top notch. If you are lucky enough to be booked with Caleb, you will have an even better experience.

Had an amazing day on the Snake River with my guide Gordon. Super cool dude who taught me how to fly fish. Only my second time doing it and I learned a ton and caught a bunch of fish. Highly recommend if you are in Jackson you book through these folks and ask for Gordon.

This was a great time fly fishing on the Snake River. Brendon was our guide and he was excellent- went above and beyond to teach three of us who had never gone fly fishing before well enough that we all did it the entire time! Including my 6 year old son. He was personable and a great teacher. Would definitely recommend! We saw a ton of wildlife as well.

We had the best time with our guide, Jeff, on our fishing trip! The weather wasn’t the greatest but Jeff was amazing, he was so knowledgeable, patient and just an all around great guy! We highly recommend the Wandering Angler!!!
