Itinerary

1.We can start our day with 30 to 60 min of morning mindful walking and guided sitting meditation. It’s depend on how comfortable you feel
2.Then we will practice 60 minutes (depend on how comfortable you feel) of morning yoga in my studio or in our beautiful garden, which is big enough to hold 15 people). I will adapt to your level or eventual limitations.
3.After yoga practice, we will share a delicious lunch that I prepare myself.
4.Later we will visit Wat Phra That Doi Saket Temple : Breathtaking temple! (10 min bike from our property) and the very nice and authentic local market nearby.
Note: Yoga and meditation Session plus lunch are included in this experience.

This was an excellent experience on my trip to Chiang Mai. Amori was very caring and dedicated in every part of the program. We started the day with a short walk and then continued with meditation, which was very good. She was very committed and helped me with all doubts/difficulties I had in meditating (very practical). We had a very interesting and touching conversations. Then, we had a yoga session, which she guided keeping in mind the level of the attendees. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious Thai lunch, where we had the opportunity to know more about Thai culture. Finally, we went to the temple, where she explained key aspects of Bhudism. I really enjoyed this tour and appreciate all Amori’s kindness. You can order a taxi on Grab or Maxim to get to the studio.

My friends and I had a wonderful time with Amori. We are all beginners in meditation and Amori was full of insight, guidance and put meaning to the practice. We couldn’t recommend more this experience with Amori, with her patience and kindness!

We (bf and I) had an amazing experience at Flow Yoga. The host was so welcoming and she had a lot of knowledge to share about meditation, buddhism and thai culture in general. Personally for me, both a yoga and meditation session taken place right after each other was a bit too much. Just a meditation lesson for about an hour would be enough together with the lunch, the walk at the rice fields and the visit to the temple. The overall experience was great though. It is a pretty easy place to reach by taxi, arrangable by yourself or by the host and I liked being out of the city for a moment. Also a plus... It's less touristy :).

Amori was a wonderful host. She was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable right from the start. Her knowledge about yoga and meditation were exceptional. The studio grounds were beautiful and in a peaceful location. Lunch was tasty and beautifully presented. At the end of our relaxing day, Amori took us to the local Wat and shared her knowledge about her culture and Buddhism and how it how relates to meditation. So informative! I highly recommend this experience.

AWESOME way to spend the first half of our day!!!!! Mom, dad and 2 adult kids went. We learned a few meditations, did a yoga class, took a short walk around the neighborhood, visited a very big temple up on a hill which we learned a lot about, and had a lovely lunch there! IT WAS JUST PERFECT!!! I highly recommend it.

A very good experience, part of the meditation inspired a lot of ideas, the temple Amori introduced also gave us a more understanding of Buddhism, a very relaxing journey !

I had such an awesome experience on this retreat. I learned so much about meditation (walking meditation), had a lovely lunch and saw beautiful temples. Amori is so sweet and funny and knowledgeable!!

This was a wonderful experience to practice yoga and meditation in Chiang Mai. Amori was friendly, informative, and passionate about yoga. She personalized the experience for me and went out of her way to tell me about the village. I would highly recommend for yogis of all levels!

Hi, I am from Europe (Poland) and in Jul’23 I was on half day meditation/yoga/temple tour. Everything was very valuable for me, I experienced new things (e.g. walking meditation). Very insightfull was discusion about buddism rules and principles we had during visiting temple. Transfer also can be organized from/to the city. In brief - I HIGHLY recommend visiting this yoga/meditation place.
