With a lot of luggage in tow we needed a big vehicle. This vehicle and driver was exactly what we needed. In total we had 6 large suitcases, 3 duffle bags, 4 backpacks and 4 passengers. If you know Japan vehicles, you know how small the vehicles are, so fitting all of that in a regular taxi wouldn’t work.

The communication was amazing and was the most important for me flying into a new country and airport. The text exchange via WhatsApp to confirm, relay info, and then coordinate in realtime once we landed in Japan was seamless.
The van driver was friendly, professional, and efficient. The van was very clean and he handled all of our luggage which was helpful after a 10 hour flight.
I would strongly recommend this service for the efficiency, professionalism, and value. I am highly satisfied and impressed.

It was such a great experience and made my arrival to Tokyo so easy. I had to leave my bag in a locker and my driver, Shen, paid for me because I didn’t have any coins!

Xing - our driver was most respectful and great. He waited for our immigration to be complete, load and unload our luggages and even helped with teaching us a few Japanese words. The service was on time and the communication was seamless! Highly recommended!
