We will arrange for your pickup either from your hotel in the Old Quarter or our designated MEETING POINT. You will be transported to the outskirts of Hanoi in a comfortable minivan or car, which takes around 30 minutes to escape the bustling city.
Once we reach the village, our Hanoi Countryside Sidecar Tour begins, allowing you to explore the authentic countryside that is rarely visited by tourists. This is a unique opportunity to witness the daily lives of local people. Encounter local farmers at work on the rice paddies, vegetable and flower farms, orchards, and bonsai gardens, as well as livestock and cattle such as water buffaloes, ducks, and chickens farms. It offers a contrasting experience to the hustle and bustle of city life and provides a truly eye-opening perspective.

Our main destination for the day is the Co Loa ancient citadel. This historic site dates back to 280 BC and offers a captivating insight into Vietnamese culture, history, and mythology through its well-preserved architecture. Additionally, we delve deep into the traditional way of life in rural Hanoi with activities such as wet rice farming, exploring local farmer markets, and witnessing the production of handicrafts. Co Loa village is like a living museum, presenting the essence of Vietnamese culture and daily life.
We conclude our incredible day with a meal at a local family’s home, enjoying an authentic Vietnamese meal. Here, we have the opportunity to indulge in authentic Vietnamese cuisine and forge a meaningful connection with the local culture.

We had a fantastic day. We learnt so much about Vietnamese ancient history and were able to combine that with motor scooter, motorbike and sidecar touring. We also had lunch at a home and the Vietnamese food was home cooked and the best we’ve ever eaten. Would recommend this tour to any person.

Louis and Manh did a great job taking us around and took great care of my wife, who just had her knee replaced. We enjoyed this tour and will definitely book street tours when we return to Vietnam!

We really enjoyed this trip. Lunch was especially great with a local family. Our tour guide Louis told us many interesting information, showed us how farmers do rice cultivation and told us wonderful stories about the Ancient Kingdom. Riding a sidecar around the countryside is so much fun.

Had wonderful time with tours and sidecar and many stories. The scenery there is very beautiful. In addition, the people here are very friendly, polite and kind. We enjoyed this holiday in a very enjoyable way that brought back a lot of good memories for me. I hope that I will have the opportunity to return here one day.

Can’t go wrong with these guys. There was only the two of us, so we got picked up by scooter and driven outside Hanoi, where we started the afternoon at a local family restaurant with a scrumptious authentic meal. The food just kept coming. Then we hopped into our side car and had a wonderful afternoon out between rice paddocks and rural country. Our guide Sim was very knowledgeable and she let us taste the local fruits and sugarcane juice. We also visited a workplace where they hand make sweeping brushes. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The restaurant owner and our two drivers were super helpful and accommodating. This is the second tour we have done with these guys. I would highly recommend them.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this side car tour. After trying the motorbike tour previously, we wanted to switch things up, and we were thrilled with our decision. Joy hosted us for a delightful lunch at her home, setting the tone for a serene journey through the countryside in the side car. Our guides, Summer, Joy, and Mr. East, were exceptional, providing insightful commentary about the culture as we explored the country side in a very fun experience being in the side car. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi. Hanoi is one of my favorite cities in the world and to be shown around in something as unique as the side car makes it unforgettable. It's not only incredibly enjoyable but also educational. This experience truly stood out as the highlight of our trip. The guides are so professional and they prioritize your safety and comfort throughout the entire excursion. Not only is there an educational piece to it but we shared so much laughter and fun along the way. The team’s passion for what they do shines through the entire experience. we had a great tour with the wonderful Louis and his crew.
We had a delicious lunch at Ms. Giang's house and toured the countryside. Feel relaxed and peaceful.
Would highly recommend this tour if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Hanoi!

Our tour guide Louis was very friendly and informative! We first went to a local family's house to enjoy a wonderful Lunch and then hopped on the Sidecar to explore the Hanoi Countryside.
