You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name board with your name, your flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal when your flight has landed and you will not be charged extra for delayed flights, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

Pickup Details
The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 45 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal)

Walked out of customs looking at all these people holding signs and spotted my name. Armando was well dressed, gave us a warm welcome and took our bag. He lead us to his car and thoughtfully made sure my husband had the side with more leg room. The car was clean. Highly recommend this service and our driver Armando.

The driver waited for us even though we had a delay of almost 2 hours having to wait for wheelchair service to get my dad off the airplane. He was very nice and the drive to Southampton went off without any issues.

Driver was over an hour late. We did receive notice that he’d be late, but still arrived 30 minutes past new promised time. Traffic was heavy, so perhaps it was not in his control. Driver did not speak during ride, rather ate his lunch and listened to loud radio news. Vehicle was as expected; minivan for plenty of large luggage and several occupants.
