Poor description of tour. Boat tour was 38 minutes from Heineken factory. The factory told us boat was across the street which was incorrect. It was pouring rain and we could not get to the boat tour. We did not do the boat tour and I applied for a refund and it was denied. Do NOT use this company. You can get tickets directly at factory.

Heineken experience was ok. Wished had done more per brewing process. Enjoyed canal but cruise so far from Heineken experience

Waste of time, just flashing light and loud noise, sorry i went, its nothing compared to the Hopstore experience at Guinness in Dublin

The actual Heineken Experience was good, very friendly staff and informative.
The canal cruise wasn't running as they stop it in the winter months.

Beware of the boat restrictions. There was nothing in the Tripadvisor booking details and we almost lost out in our boat trip because the last sailing booking is 3.30pm we arrived at 3.30 to arrange our booking to be told it would have to be the following day. Not great when that was the day we went home.
Heineken was fabulous, great experience!!

Great experience and very well done tour. Not only about how they make their beer but also about the brand and their founders. Interesting stories too. And of course some delicious beer along the way!

It was terrible.
We would like our money back.
I never received tickets for the Heineken experience and the canal tours are not running. It was a complete waste of money. And I never found anyone from Viator.
Again, I would like to request a refund for something I paid for and got nothing in return.

Heineken Experience itself was very good but the cruise part of the activity is in a totally different part of Amsterdam and can only be booked by physically attending the cruise office in the centre of Amsterdam and can't be done via phone or online. This was very inconvenient logistically as this was our 1st visit to Amsterdam and we were only there for 2 days. As a result we did not actually have time take the canal cruise, which was very disappointing.

It was a great experience! You can see, smell, touch and taste! It’s a mix of history, tradition and beer!
You can serve your own beer at the end. Would definitely recommend it.

Its a different experience with all the futuristic room inside heineken. I will recommend this tour, we had a great time.
